Listing services includes full internet marketing, professional photography, and much more. At Real-​a-​Save we believe that homeowners should keep their hard-​earned equity and we simply charge less for superior service.

Our home buyers program is equally as exciting as our home sellers program. We rebate ½ of our commission back to our buyer clients. That means that buyers who use us as their buyer agent get a huge case rebate at closing. You find the home, we write the contract and handle all the negotiations and contracts all the way through closing where we rebate half our paycheck to you!

Established in 2007.

We started back in 2007 with the idea that we could streamline inefficiencies in the real estate brokerage and save clients money along the way. We are passionate about saving our clients money.

For Home Buyers: we know that you’re doing some of the work traditionally done by Realtors and we honor that fact by PAYING you. We share our paycheck with our buyer clients by rebating 50% of our commission back to them at closing. If we make $ 10,000 then our buyer clients get a $ 5,000 rebate. It’s that simple.

For Sellers: We charge one flat-​fee of only $ 1500 instead of the usual 6%, and our seller clients receive full MLS exposure, professional photography, yard sign, lock box, and an experienced professional Realtor to handle every step of the process. We’re full-​service for a fraction of the fee!

Before starting Real-​a-​Save, Bob worked at Coldwell Banker in Boulder. And before that, he was a high school biology and genetics teacher here in Colorado and New York City.
