History

Established in 2011.

The Little Yoga Studio is a new studio as of September 2011! We provide a wide variety of styles of yoga taught by Boulders Premier instructors at affordable prices. Our mission is to offer outstanding instruction in an inviting, lighthearted studio for all bodies that have or want to develop a healthy lifestyle by practicing yoga. We offer classes for those who have never done yoga, experienced practitioners, and everyone in between so, come as you are, you need no preparation but a willingness to try. The Little Yoga Studio is a friendly studio where instructors enjoy an excellent working environment with its emphasis on sharing the many benefits that yoga has to offer. We are passionate about the power of this practice and get great joy from teaching!

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

She has been a student of yoga for over 19 years. «I was initially influenced by the discipline and intelligence of Bikram yoga. Then I began to play with the athleticism of the modern power yoga style as well as the brilliance of the feminine practice as taught by Sofia Diaz. Amy has also been influenced by the principles of the Jhana Shaivism tradition as taught by Paul Muller-​Ortega. Her yoga practice has informed and guided her life as does hiking mt Sanitas, her mother and father and most profoundly, her marvel at raising three free-​spirited children, «My hope is to create a truly accessible, humble studio where all types of students can find classes that they absolutely love and where all teachers are honored and respected equally.
