Recently REMODELED-The North End at 4580 is a contemporary American bistro focusing on the freshest ingredients, with simple preparations executed flawlessly. Interesting + rotating hand crafted cocktails complement a notable wine list + a great draft beer selection– all at a fair price at the base of the Boulder, Colorado foothills. Referred to as North Boulder’s «Cheers» bar, it’s true everyone does get to know your name, including James, the owner. Special attention is paid to food allergies, most of the menu is gluten free. With a new and expanded bar area, new and more intimate dining room, two outdoor patios and a private dining room, 4580 is a great place for an everyday meal or a special occasion celebration.

History
Established in 2006.
Set in the trendy area of Uptown Broadway, The North End at 4580 is a great mix of casual, urban sophistication. Recently remodeled, a new main entrance on Broadway welcomes a larger bar area with vibrant street scene and now offers a more intimate dining room. Natural wood and green tones soften the space as well as create a warm and sexy atmosphere in the bar area. The restaurant and bar are surrounded by walls of windows on three sides, offering guests stunning views of the foothills and beyond.
An updated private dining room can hold up to 50 guests for an appetizer party or up to 35 for your seated special occasion dinner!
The North End is owned by James Cimino. James hails from Sun Valley, Idaho and is a CU graduate. His work in fine dining over the last decade gives him the knowledge and insight into making The North End at 4580 even better. Food and wine are his passions stemming from a family background in wine distribution

Meet Jeffrey Barbour: Executive Chef at 4580!
Jeff took over the kitchen at 4580 this past February, bringing with him a positive attitude and a culinary style that emphasizes simplicity and fresh, high quality ingredients. Born in Weisbaden, Germany on an Army base, Jeff’s family moved to Vermont when he was two. Growing up in the small town of Putney, Vermont on a farm where his family raised pigs, chickens and their own produce, was extremely influential in Jeff’s cooking style. Jeff’s culinary career began when he was fifteen, working in restaurants throughout college. Jeff was promoted at the tender age of 22 to head chef at The Church Street Tavern. At twenty-five, Jeff moved out to Boulder with his brother in search of something new and started work at Flagstaff House Restaurant. During the four years Jeff worked at Flagstaff House, he quickly moved up into the sous chef position and finally taking over the Chef de Cuisine position. We are so pleased to have Jeff as head of
