Do NOT use this company. Like the other reviewer stated, new name, same horribly unprofessional service. They create huge legal liability issues for the associations they manage. Both Tom Ryan and Xiomara Raba lie and cut corners. They do not know or follow condo law. If you use them, you will be very very sorry. They will misguide you and cost your association thousands of dollars

You can give the a new name but they’re still the same crappy. condescending company when they were called Apogee.
Here’s my original BBB complaint which was never resolved:
Consumer’s Original Complaint :
property manager, Carman Devalle, knowingly and willingly made false complaint to Miami Property Appraiser making malicious false allegtions
Making false reports to government agencies
on or around dec 2013 I received a letter from an enforcement officer for the Property appraiser’s office. The letter made the accusation that my homestead exemption was going to be terminated because an anon complaint came in stating that I did not live in my unit and hadn’t for the past few years.
Over the next month, by the time it was all said and done the Appraiser’s office revealed that the anon tipster was an agent of Land cap. I was able to prove, overwhelmingly, that I have lived at the homesteaded address for 10 years. At that point the investigation was closed.
Recently, June 2014, I became aware that Carmen DeValle is, again, using the same scenario with my neighbor as her personal weapon to harass, cause stress and frustration.
