My fiancé and I stopped in this morning for breakfast. We had seen this place before, but never had the opportunity to stop in. The atmosphere was adorable! Pictures of the owner and her dog decorate the walls, scones are in glass jars, and there is a full coffee station. I had the Sunshine breakfast sandwich and fresh squeezed orange juice. Both were absolutely delicious! My fiancé had 3 eggs over easy which were perfectly cooked. The service was wonderful too! The owner was running the place and greeted all of her customers by name. It was a very welcoming place to be, and you could tell that the owner really takes pride in her restaurant. I can’t wait to come back to this perfect little breakfast spot!

We discovered this gem at the train station in Bradley Beach. Everything is homemade with love and delicious. The goat cheese frittata is out of this world. The apricot –ginger scones are a treat not to be missed. The owners pay attention to every detail. Whether you eat in or take out, it’s a great place for a great breakfast!

This is a beautiful boutique bakery and café inside the historic train station building in Bradley Beach. They have good coffee, fantastic baked goods, delicious homemade breakfast and lunch, charming ambiance, and super-friendly service. It’s truly an old-school local business, the proprietor Reenie is a local, charming, and a joy to chat with every morning. Their signature homemade scones are the best I’ve ever had! And they also do many Irish food festivals all around New Jersey.

Great place for breakfast. Possibly the best in the area hands down. Everything is fresh and made from scratch. To give you an idea, she makes a thanksgiving on a roll special where the turkey is from a full roasted turkey, home made gravy, cranberry sauce and stuffing with nothing being a mix or sore bought item. The owner is extremely nice. 19 years in business for a reason. Get the sunshine sandwich – fantastic!

They do a very nice job here for breakfast and I think the positive praise is well deserved. The woman who runs the café is super sweet and the location is ideal for those enduring the tools of the hour and a half daily commute to New York City

I was taking a bike ride along the Jersey Shore on a Saturday morning when I decided it was time for an iced coffee and a muffin. Though I’ve been to the area many times, I’ve never ventured more than a few blocks from the boardwalk. I went to Unilocal and found this cute(really, really cute) little spot in what must have been the waiting room of the Bradley Beach train station. I was greeted right away by a very cheerful employee(or possibly the owner). As planned, I ordered an iced coffee and a big, ol’ blueberry muffin. Both were delicious. The iced coffee was even made with frozen coffee-cubes! I sat at a table outside because I was a little too sweaty from the ride to risk offending other patrons. Even then the employee/owner came outside after a few minutes to check on me. What a great little place!

Loved this small café located in the train station. Had made-to-order omelettes, homemade blueberry muffin with butter(regretted the butter because the muffin was perfect on its own), fresh coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. When I say fresh, I mean FRESH! The woman who attended us was the owner, very nice and obviously passionate about what she serves, which is excellent homemade fare.

Went on a little adventure one morning and stumbled upon this cute little diner at the Bradley Beach train Station. It’s SOCUTE! First thing i noticed were these sweet doggies, loveable sweet gentle babies hanging around outside with a guy. I went in and saw the ‘owner’ baking away like a mad woman. Mixing and baking muffins. guess what?! They were PUMPKIN!!! This is my kind of place! Coming in from the cold, my hands were freezing, so it was nice to walk into this cozy little café, where I saw another lady seated eating a giant egg omelet. It looked delicious. I ordered my PUMPKIN muffin and wandered around the café. Along the edge were a bunch of books. Stacked up like a personal library, with no price tags on them. Maybe they were ‘leave one take one’ kind of books. I thought that was the sweetest touch. Then on the other side, next to the newspaper racks, there were all these clear canisters, like little house on the prairie five and dime general store. These were filled with packs of gum, packs of travel size M&M’s, little packs of mints and sweet little things for the busy traveler. Then the sweet babies came around, to greet everyone. This place seems to be pet friendly… and that’s what melted my heart. On the walls in black and white photos, were photos of her and these dogs. Real nice shots. So I’m assuming these are her sweeties. Again– nice touch. Smells great, real warm inside and very cozy. I highly recommend. The muffin? It was great, and was still warm.

I haven’t tried all of the food items here, but love the fresh, homemade, not-too-sweet muffins. The owner is a wonderful woman whose extra touches make the experience much nicer than just a quick bite on your way to catch a train. It’s cozy inside and the place seems to cheer up anyone who passes through. A great way to start an early morning weekday!

Found this small cozy place early in the morning. I think they open at 4:00AM. They decorated with antiques which is nice. They are located in the Bradley Beach train station. Nice place to get a breakfast sandwich and coffee on your way to the beach. Food was pretty decent. Gal that runs the place makes fresh muffins daily.
