Stepping across the threshold into this place is extremely overwhelming and borderline harassment. Aside from the overwhelming smells of thousands of scents, a sales associate immediately targets you and asks you if you want a «hand demo». Where they slather on the lotion onto your hand tersely.
The management here always seems to be communicating through the ear pieces of the next customer to target. Unfortunately with retail it also seems apparent that they profile their demographic to determine who will be the people more likely to spend more when they are busier during the sales. I would prefer going to regular department stores and shopping in peace, or Yankee Candle for fragrances.

I’ve always been a fan of Bath & Body Works and this location has it all. Of course, the signature brands are my favorite, the lotions, bath gels and body sprays. I also like their skin care items, hair sprays, men’s line, perfumes/​colognes (fave: Forever Midnight), and of course, the small travel size portions all in the back of the store.
One time, the MOD was somewhat apprehensive about giving me the free travel sized item that was stated in my promotional coupon, but she finally agreed to it even though she didn’t look happy about it. Also, I used to get the plug-​ins all the time until 2 of them stopped working on me for no reason.
Typically, the ladies here are very helpful, I find that this is the worst thing to complain about in a review. It’s detrimental when working in retail to provide the best customer service and assistance… if someone asks if you need help, be thankful, it could be much worse. Thanks, Bath & Body Works — Braintree!

I find this place to be a bit annoying! I just want to go in and get my products and not be bombarded with several clerks asking me several times if I need help!
If I need help… I’ll ask for help! YES! I know if I buy 3 overly priced $ 10.50 bath items I get two free. I can read the signs. I’m not a freaking moron!
No I don’t need a shopping bag. If I did I would grab one! God almighty, let me just get in… get my freaking items and get on with my life at $ 55.00 later for 6 items.
YES…I just got raked over the coals at Bath and Body works!!!
But, I smell damn good every day!
