Business Owner

Desmond Surujbali is owner of EXIT Destiny Realty and also a Real Estate Investor in the Tampa Bay area. In 1998, Desmond started building Sweet Living Homes from the ground up, and started out by owning small residential estates.

Progressively, over the past 15 years, he has expanded the company to a much broader horizon, having acquired multiple Mobile Home Parks in Hillsborough County. Additionally, increasing the amount of residential estates while incorporating commercial property into his ownership.

Desmond has also designed and constructed multi-​million dollar homes in the Bay Area. Desmond has decided to open another door that would allow for further expansion of his Real Estate business, by purchasing an Exit Realty Franchise; «Exit Destiny Realty» which was founded on September 1, 2013.
