Established in 1973.

Founded by John K. Pearce, Contract Services Group is a leading provider of commercial janitorial and window cleaning services to the California, Arizona, and Nevada markets. Casey Pearce, John’s son, has taken over leadership and continued the successful growth of the company. CSG also provides window washing system design, fabrication and installation nation wide.

Business Owner

Casey’s primary functions are client relations, service development, quality control, and finance. He has worked in the building service industry full time for fifteen years. Casey is an active member of Building Services Contractors Association International and a US Green Building Council Member. He holds a B.S. Degree in Communications with an emphasis in public relations from University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Casey has also held operational positions for Excalibur Hotel, Las Vegas and Clark County, Nevada Parks & Recreation Department
