My wife and I have just started our own catering company called Sublime Creations. This has been our dream for a few years and now plan on making it a reality.
She has over 20 years experience in the food service industry, managing, cooking, sanitation, etc. I have always had a love of food, growing up watching the Galloping Gourmet and Julia Child. I even wanted and received an Easy Bake Oven for Chrismas when I was eight. I have worked in kitchens with trained chiefs over the past five years.
