Wiggle Waggle Pet Resort

I absolutely love Wiggle Waggle and have been meaning to write a review for quite some time. As an avid Unilocal user (but never a reviewer) I first found Wiggle Waggle on this site a little over a year ago (Spring 2015). I was undergoing a home remodel and needed a place for my 65-​lb lap dog to stay during the day so he was safe and out of the way. I was really struggling findings a place that I was comfortable with — my dog had never been boarded or to doggy daycare and has anxiety when we leave him. The laundry list of 5 star reviews seemed like a good sign. I called to get more info and found Jeannette to be extremely friendly and helpful. She immediately emailed me all the necessary paperwork and pricing info. The pricing seemed very reasonable based on my research and you can get multi day passes that let you get a cheaper daily rate. I was also extremely happy that they had a doggy webcam so I could check in on my dog throughout the day. Another service that I love (and recently took advantage of for the first time) is the grooming service. Wiggle Waggle doesn’t do the grooming but they partner with a near by groomer and will provide complimentary transportation to and from the salon. This is an amazing benefit since it allowed me to check something off my to-​do list without having to lift a finger! Plus the grooming job was immaculate — my dog had never looked better.
This is now the only place I feel comfortable taking my dog — this place is actually backtracking for me on me way to work, but I feel that it is WELL worth it. Jeannette goes above and beyond to take care of your fur babies and treats her customers with such kindness. This place is an amazing find — you won’t be disappointed!

Do you remember that feeling as a kid, sitting in the car, swinging your feet around, squirming like a worm not being able contain your excitement as you drove to Disneyland/​the water park/​Chuck E. Cheese? I think that’s exactly how my dog feels when he realizes we are on the way to Wiggle Waggle. Jeannette, the owner, is so great at welcoming my dog and is so timely with all correspondence (texts, email inquiries, etc.). My absolute favorite «extra» that she does is send me photos of my dog and his pals playing around. We’ve used Wiggle Waggle for daycare and boarding and have been happy with how tired our dog is once he gets home– lots of play time for this pup! He’s even been put on the treadmill when he has just way too much energy. I never got a tour of the facility, so I really don’t know how expansive it is or which rooms my dog typically hangs out in, but seeing how happy he is to go back every time assures me he has a great, clean, safe place to wrestle around in.

Jeanette and her staff are amazing and took such great care of my dogs when I had an emergency and couldn’t keep them at home for a few days. She even cleaned my dogs ears and made sure he got his meds properly. She keeps close communication and sends updates. I will definitely be coming back for all my future pet sitting needs.

This place is the best! Jeannette is very responsive and provides top-​quality service. We know we’ll be able to watch our dog on the web-​cam during the day, and that staff members will treat our dog as if she was their own. We don’t know what we ever did without them. They deserve to be going strong after two years.

After searching the area for a clean and reasonable dog care facility I finally found Wiggle Waggle and boy I’m glad I did. Out road trips out of town we go up the 57 and 60 frwy and their location is a perfect pit stop. My pup took to the place instantly with a very friendly crew. The place is big enough to my dog to chill in his own space or play with others. All the other dogs seemed to be vetted and very safe to play with which is the most important. We also enjoyed the «wag cams» to check on him when we missed him. I would highly recommend Wiggle Waggle to anyone in the area looking for a honest and clean dog care facility.

We looked all around Orange County to find a place for our puppy (now adult) dog. Wiggle Waggle is by far the best location to take your dog!
The staff is professional and expert in understanding what each dog needs.
They pay continual attention to all the dogs in their care, ensuring a positive experience for both dog & dog owner!
We’ve used day care to socialize our dog. What a difference — she gets along with all types of dogs, plays & interacts, and is not afraid. Her interaction with other dogs has made her training much easier. She’s always excited to stay.
We always use Wiggle Waggle when we go out of town. We can trust that our dog is safe and very well cared for.
Jeanette, the owner is highly experienced, constantly on site, and clearly cares for her visitors.
She knows each dog individually & will not take dogs that are difficult to socialize or do not have current immunizations.
We know our dog is with healthy happy playful friends.
We feel fortunate to have Wiggle Waggle close to us and fortunate that we have a place to leave our dog that we can truly trust.

She did it again! Jeannette and wiggle waggle has worn out my wild puppy Lucy! She is currently pretending to be a door stop right now– that’s how tired she is. I can honestly say: My dog would rather be at wiggle waggle than at home. Which bums me out, but it’s so cute how excited she gets when we’re driving up and she knows she gets to play with her friends. We have been coming here for over a year and the service is as wonderful (if not better) as the first day we came.
I dare anyone to find a more wonderful place than Jeannette and wiggle waggle. I dare you because I know you won’t find it. I have taken my pup to most (if not all)– doggie day camps in central/​north Orange County (and quite a few when we were living in Newport) and I only trust Jeannette with my sweet pup aka my first born furry child.

Wiggle Waggle is awesome! I now have complete peace of mind whenever we need to leave our fur baby.
I honestly felt like I was looking for day care for my child when I was looking for a boarding facility. I went with my gut and found the best place ever!
Jeannette is one of the nicest and most professional persons I have met.
She really cares! Our Maltipoo Annie came home healthy and happy!

Our pup Simon started playing with his buddies at Wiggle Waggle a few weeks ago and we absolutely love the attention and care that he gets! Jeanette and her staff partner are always so friendly and genuine we have no reservation in leaving him there for even a full day! We just adopted Simon 3 months ago and wanted to make sure he was socialized with other dogs. Wiggle Waggle allows this to happen and we are grateful for their care. If Simon could talk I’m sure he would tell us that he enjoys hanging out with his friends!

I will not be going back here ever! They charged me in full for my 17 days, with the understanding my dog might be picked up early and a refund would be due. Well my dog stayed 9 days and I have yet to receive s refund and this took place back in July. Sent several emails and calls and no response! Shady for sure!

I was needing a new place to watch my dog when out of town. I sent a request on line and I got the confirmation that they got my request, but a couple days later there has been no reply by e mail or phone. I had high hopes for this place with all the good reviews but the lack of answering a basic e mail is just something that rubs me the wrong way.

The only place I trust with my Summit. Pure breed Belgian Mal and they handle her so well. They are always understanding and willing to work with you and they definitely take the time to make sure she’s tired after daycare. They are so loving with every dog and really understand that you want a home like place for your pup when you leave them. The best place to leave your dog if it’s for vacation or for a couple hours of daycare. I do also recommend the baths, she always smells so good after with the pet head line and they clip her nails and all that jazz. I just can’t say enough good things about this place!!! If your looking for doggy daycare or boarding give them a try!!!

First of all, my fur baby, Biggy, is my whole world!!!
He is a rescue from a shelter so I don’t know what the past 4 years of his life was like. My boyfriend and I had to go on a business trip last minute and we had to put Biggy in a boarding hotel. I looked and looked all over the Internet but Wiggle Waggle stood out to me because 1– it’s in Brea (where we live) and 2– it had many many great reviews so I felt confident leaving my little baby there.
They have an unlimited doggy daycare for a month and it’s a smokin’ deal!!! Specially for all the busy moms and dads or if you just don’t like leaving your pup at home while you run some errands (which is my case). Sometimes I even get him washed and groomed too while he’s there when I know I won’t have time to do it at home and he comes home smelling so amazing!!!
I’ve now been taking Biggy to doggy daycare for about 2 months now and I am very very impressed with how they take care of ALL their resort doggies!!! The webcam is a huge plus because I love seeing what my doggy is doing while I’m out doing errands. It always puts a smile on my face :)
Last but not the least, I will keep coming back to Wiggle Waggle because of the exceptional care that Jeannette and Quan offer to my dog. They genuinely care about your pets like their own and you can tell they have a real passion for dogs.
If you’re thinking of taking your pup to this resort, look no further– I am a crazy animal activist (lol) and I trust them completely!!!

I came to pick up my dog from the small dog section, I saw there were over 15 dogs in a small space! How are they expected to run around, have some extra space to rest? I also saw dog poo in the area where the dogs were playing and the person checking on the dogs did not do anything or even notice it. The small water bowl for all 15-​ish dogs was completely empty. They should either put a limit on how many dogs they can board or get a bigger space and hire people that know what they are doing.

Love this place. Since we have had our puppy we have done everything with Jeannette. In house training, weekend training, and now we are beginning some dog-​care days with training and treadmill walks!
Many option and choices available, prices are extremely competitive.
Love the webcams, I can access it from my mobile phone and it always brings a smile to my face.
The shop is very clean and maintained. Spills get cleaned up quickly, dogs have enough space to roam and lay down, the guidelines for brining a dog are clearly explained and defined before you bring your dog.
Overall, this place is 6 stars!
We’ve managed to teach our 12 week pup sit, down, walk in the leash, stay next to my leg when walking, how to clam her down… the list goes on!
Thanks for everything! Next time we will have to try out the spa services :)

I can not express on how much I LOVE Wiggle Waggle Pet Resort. Jeanette is a sweetheart and really cares about the fur clients and their parents. She was so kind as to give me ANOTHER tour before I made my reservations. Clean, well kept and some happy doggies is what I saw. Awesome.
We left our 3 babies, one of which (our gsd) I was very worried about because of separation anxiety. Drop off was easy. Our two small fries were doing great from the beginning with new puppy friends they made. Our Gsd was happy hanging with Jeanette. He’s more of people kind of dog.
Jeanette sent us pictures of our guys which made us so much more comfortable leaving them and being able to enjoy our trip.
Our pups were in good spirits when we picked them up. Which was a big one for me. I’ve left them at the Petsmart hotel and they don’t even compare to Wiggle Waggle. You don’t get updates on your pups. They nickel and dime you for everything. (Meds, playtime, treats) Wiggle Waggle provides EVERYTHING that is needed during a resort stay. Open play space during the day and if you prefer, a suite at night. Otherwise they always have «wiggle» room, instead of being locked in a «suite» all day, except for potty time at petsmart. You just never know if your pups are getting their playtime or the right amount of meds.
We are so glad we found this place because this will be the only place our babies will stay. You can definitely see the love for all the fur babies.

If you scroll through reviews for Wiggle Waggle Pet Resort, you see 5 STARS, 5 STARS, 5 STARS… After boarding my two dogs at Wiggle Waggle, I am happy to be yet another 5 STAR review!
Our dogs are our kids, so it’s always hard to leave them. Jeanette made it so much easier, though. I could tell from talking to her on the phone that she is a total dog lover. She requires some pretty thorough vet records, which I really appreciate because it means the other dogs there are healthy too.
Facility: When we dropped off our dogs for their overnight stay, we were impressed with how large and clean the facility was. It has brightly painted walls and open rooms, so you can actually see the pets instead of just hearing mysterious barks and Unilocal coming from somewhere in the back.
Care: Twice that day after dropping off our dogs, we received text messages from Jeanette with photos of our dogs having fun! It was such a nice thing to do and again made us feel as if our babies were in great hands. When we picked them up the next day, they were in the front play area with several other adorable dogs. They looked clean and happy.
Cost: In addition to our great experience, the cost was really affordable! For the level of care our pups received, we would have expected to pay a lot more. We will definitely be returning to Wiggle Waggle for our future boarding needs.
5 STARS! We love Wiggle Waggle Pet Resort! =)

Jeanette is the best! We just moved to Brea and we were looking for a daycare for our new pup Kobe to socialize. We are so happy we found this place! Jeanette is super sweet and caring, she sends us texts of our puppy every time we drop him off and grants you access to their puppy cam if you want to see what you’re baby is up to. There is lots of space for the puppies to run around which is what drew us to using her services in the first place. I also love how flexible Wiggle Waggle is because sometimes we have to drop off the pup last minute due to business meetings. Jeanette and her dad love seeing Kobe, and he is so excited to see them! He pulls me on his leash every time to hurry up and see his puppy pals. I completely recommend her services!

The best doggy day care and boarding in town! We felt like family there.
My husband and I were going out of town and were looking for boarding services. We went to two places and were disgusted by the conditions (dogs were left in cages on concrete floor). But then we found HEAVEN at Wiggle Waggle Pet Resort.
It’s so cute, friendly and clean. Jeannette is the best. She deeply cares about each and every dog. She took care of our pup Cody and made us feel at peace while we were away.
She sent us pictures and text messages, and even added little notes as if our dog was sending them lol This kind of service and friendly touch is invaluable.
Wiggle Waggle also let us watch our dog from the Doggy Camera. He was having so much fun playing with the other dogs.
It was the best experience and we were first-​timers. Definitely coming back because Cody is in the best hands.

It’s overdue for me to write this review! I have two siberian huskies that are my babies and we were in the process of selling our home and buying a new one, so needed a boarding place. They are still puppies, just under a year old and have never boarded them anywhere and I sure didn’t want them to be caged while we were gone. Luckily I was recommended Wiggle Waggle at the dog park I go to, so I thought I would try them out.
Jeannette and Tom both welcomed me to check out the place, than I brought my puppies in for a 2 hour sniff and greet session to make sure everyone gets along. By the time I am writing this review they have been there twice and even though they cried their heads off when I dropped them off, they had a good time. I was able to watch them on the webcam and I could see they had fun with the other dogs, so I could take care of our move with ease and not have to worry about them.
I loved that they have big rooms for them to play around in, that they get played with and the slumber party sleeping arrangement once again in one big room. It was everything I could have asked for so I know we are coming back again.
