Ryan’s Recovery

Bait and switched by Tripple A and ryans recovery. Waited 3 hours for them to pull us out of a snow drift. The guy gets there and says its gonna be 500 and tripple A doesnt cover it.
Completely screwed us. Waisted 3 hours of our time and tripple a doesnt have anyone else to come get our car out.
The guy could have spent 10 minutes and winched us out if he wasnt lazy.

Omg these are the nicest ppl, from they lady who answered the phone who reassured me it was going to be okay! To the driver who came and put my Durango on the flat bed and my trailer with my race car on the hitch I can’t say enough about how nice, professional and fast they got to us. They made a stressful situation better and for that I want to say THANK YOU!

We received exceptional service from Ryan’s. Gary, who picked up our vehicle, was professional, considerate and even fun to ride with. He went the extra mile on one of the coldest and busiest days of the year to help us get towed back home. We highly recommend Ryan’s based on Gary fantastic customer service!

I cannot say enough good stuff about my experience with Ryan’s Recovery tonight. Curty was the driver that came out to tow my Van from Copper MTN to Glenwood Springs when it broke down. Not only was he prompt and professional, he was fun to talk to as I am in the transportation business and share the same roads as he does during snowstorms. We both witness the same problems on the road. We shared lots of driving tips etc. I cannot say enough about the level of service and will be keeping Ryan’s on speed dial! Thank you Curty!

In July we visited Keystone. Battery died. AAA connected us with Ryan’s Recovery. The driver reversed the polarity of the jumper cables and blew a fuse. Yes, had to call Honda in Denver to have it overnight mailed. So, you are asking why a 5 Star Review? Because when I called Ryan to tell him what happened, he felt so awful. The driver was new. He talked with driver, and he helped re-​train the driver. Plus, Ryan reimbursed us for the part cost, the shipping… and the time it took to find the part. I recommend his company because after talking with him, he loves his business and he wants provide excellent service at all levels. He cares how his customers are treated during and after the transactions.

This is the second time we have needed roadside assistance this week with multiple cars! Both times, Ryan’s provided outstanding, courteous, conscientious, prompt service. We appreciate such a reliable business we can count on in emergency situations! Two different employees offered us consistently outstanding service! Thank you!

WOW! When my son’s truck broke a u-​joint outside of Dillon, Ryan’s Recovery Towing was there in a heartbeat to pick up and tow to Denver for repairs. We knew this would be an expensive tow since the shop was 75 miles from Dillon. Holly (who answers the phone there at Ryan’s) is truly a SUPERSTAR! She told us that if we were AAA Plus members, we could save a ton of money on the towing charge. Note that Holly is not compensated by AAA, but just wanted to help us out. We ended up saving approximately $ 250 after signing up on the AAA website. Cannot say enough good things about Ryan’s Recovery, and their incredible customer service… thanks to HOLLY!

Cory saw us stranded, came to help, connected with our Rescue Plus road service program and had the right towing rig to pull our Goldwing trike and trailer to Denver. What a great fast, efficient service. Thanks for everything!

These guys were great. Fast and professional. Conner was fun to talk with while he got my car up onto the truck bed and the short drive to the repair shop. He takes his dog Lucy with him and she is the best Lab I’ve ever met — we quickly became friends. I’d recommend Ryan’s Recovery to anyone in need of towing assistance.

We have AAA so Ryan’s was our best option as we got a flat tire on I-​70 near Copper Mountain – but we’re glad it was! They are available ²⁴⁄₇ (and we called on a Sunday, when most everyone is closed in the auto world). Cameron, our tow driver, got to us faster than we expected and was extremely helpful! Great service!

Great service! Shane saw me on the side of the road during a snow storm in the middle of nowhere after my car had broken down, he picked me up and told me the cheapest way to get my car towed (which ended up only costing 70 bucks to upgrade triple A for a 100 mile tow) within less then 5 mins of breaking down. He told us to jump in and took us to my friends car and dropped us off. He was a super awesome and nice guy. I told him where i wanted my car towed the next day and gave him the triple A and mechanic info. I called my mechanic the next morning at 9 am to tell them my car would be coming there and they said it was already there and getting worked on! Shane did a beyond seamless and amazing job, if it wasn’t for him i would have probably been trapped on the side of the road for a while waiting for the tow. Literally the best experience i have ever had with any towing company. He made it completely painless and a fraction of what it would have costed! Great job guys, you ROCK!

We were put in touch with Ryan’s Recovery through AAA. After losing our rental car keys on the slopes somewhere in Keystone, Evan came out to tow our car to the nearest dealership to hopefully get new keys programmed. Unfortunately that didn’t work out and Evan was proactive in figuring out alternatives. While we tried talking to the rental company, he drove us to a location within 7 miles (free with basic AAA roadside assistance) so that we could get lunch, watch a movie, shop a little while waiting for what we had to do — get a locksmith.
He also found us a reliable locksmith that he had used in the past and as out of towners, that was extremely useful. Coming from him, this reference was enough for us to use the locksmith without question. Evan was GREAT. He took care of the care, he made it easy, he made it stress-​free. I would definitely use him again!
