The Silverthorne office provides pre-​construction and construction services in Summit County. The Broomfield office focuses its efforts on the Front Range and the northeastern counties of Colorado.

Phil Travis and his Summit County and Front Range division leaders each boast decades of experience in the construction of complex industrial and commercial projects, high density multi-​family apartments, large single-​family housing communities, high-​dollar custom homes and high-​value commercial and residential remodeling projects.

Phillip and his brother Douglas started their own construction company, Travis + Travis in Dallas, Texas in 1984 that remains successful to this day. Years later, Phillip and his family moved to Breckenridge, CO and founded his new company Travis Construction Inc. in 1993. Travis Construction quickly became Summit County’s premier mountain home builder with countless Parade Of Homes awards and Builder Of The Year in 1997. Mr. Travis has built a reputation for competence, integrity and a highly-​developed ability to meet, if not exceed the expectations of the many satisfied clients of Travis Construction, Inc.
