Established in 1989.

I started teaching at S.F. State University in 1989 where I was trained in the Suzuki Methodology. Soon after I became a member of the staff at St. Cecilia school teaching private violin classes. From there I built up my home studio in Hayward, taught in a Livermore after School program, taught at Castellija Private School in Palo Alto, started a program at Burbank School in Hayward and I am now teaching group and private lessons out of my home studio in Brentwood, California.

Meet the Business Owner

Julie M.

Business Owner

Julie has been playing the violin since she was 10 years old. She learned in the public schools and private lessons. She received her degree … Bachelor of Arts in Music from Cal State University East Bay in 1999.

Previous to that she took long term training in the Suzuki Method of teaching starting in 1989. She continues to take workshops every summer to learn new skills. Currently she performs for weddings with «An Elegant Touch of Strings» quartets and with the Livermore-Amador Symphony. She loves seeing the growth in children and adults as they learn new skills and find the joy in music making!
