There is no better place to get your Italian Ice on the Micalizzi’s! It is a Bridgeport institutuion and deserves to be!
Simply put this is BAR NONE the best italian ice in America perhaps even the world! If you haven’t been get there fast! And if you think you won’t like it, you are wrong! You will love it!

Simply The Best!!! Not only is it the best but its a place that brings you back to your childhood. I went there as a kid and now i bring my daughter to Micalizzi. Micalizzi’s Italian ice is the perfect treat on a nice summer day.

How is there ONLY ONE review for Micalizzi’s?! I grew up on the Micalizzi’s. My mother was a product of BPT, and many an afternoon or evening were spent on the steps or in the parking lot sucking down some delicious flavor of choice. Like Christine, I’ve never even thought to try the ice cream, I mean HOW COULD YOU? When you think of Italian Ice, this is the place you need to go. I have no idea how they make their particular Italian Ice. Maybe it has something to do with the water. They may even still sell those lil poppers and lil do-​dads in the window. Man I’ve got a HANKERING for some MIcalizzi’s Pina Colada!

Oh, baby, this is THE place to get Italian ice. When you can choose from about 500 flavors, how can you go wrong? OK, they don’t have 500 flavors, it’s probably closer to 25. But with so many choices, everyone you bring will be happy. Their ices are soft, delicious, and dirt cheap. You can order flavors life chocolate, banana, rainbow, piña colada, bubblegum, coconut. the list goes on and on. They’ll even mix the flavors for you.
They also have ice cream here. I’ve never tried the ice cream, but everyone tells me it’s great. Mmmmm… pumpkin ice cream…
It’s worth the drive!
