Don’t get me wrong, they have some of the coolest looking shoes ever! But they are just a bit too overpriced.

I came to Journeys at Bridgewater to return a pair of combat boots I bought for my daughter for Christmas. I paid $ 100.00 for them and both heels fell off. I called the 800 # and Tom told me I could just bring them back to any Journeys store for a replacement or a refund no questions asked.
I walked into the Journeys store in Bridgewater and I was pleasantly surprised when I spoke to Kyle behind the desk. He immediately replaced the boots, he even changed the color, no questions asked! I mean it took less then 5 minutes! Now that’s customer service at it’s best! I thanked him. Kyle apologized for my trouble and out the door I went! It couldn’t have been easier! Kyle and all of the staff at Journeys were all extremely friendly and couldn’t have been nicer! I will definitely be back to shop for more cool shoes and cute socks, and so should you!
