The team consisting of George and Dave arrived at 8:00 am on the dot. From the start, they were very efficient and professional as a moving team. They were very friendly and polite. They were very careful and gentle with our stuff moving from one apartment to the new apartment. They were very focused on their work and not wasting time. We highly recommend them and the price was very fair.

Shaun and his crew were excellent. We had an issue that caused one move into three because of some defective carpet that we were waiting on which was delayed by a month and a snow storm that caused a slight delay. Shaun delivered 17 years worth of furnishings from one house to another with no damage to anything. He and his crew packed everything with care. Shaun even came back to make sure our trampoline was safe for our children by purchasing some new screws and coming back to make sure that everything was tight and operating perfectly. His communication skills were excellent as well.

I have used other moving companies in the past when I have moved between apartments. The other company was good, not great. But a good value, so I always assumed I would keep using them. However, recently I purchased a new home, and I thought I should look elsewhere for a company that would do a good job keeping my nice new home intact in the process!
I found New Generation through Unilocal and was instantly pleased when they told me they would send someone to my apartment to scope out what it is they actually had to move to provide their best estimate. Out of the 5 moving companies I contacted on Unilocal,they were the only ones to offer this service. Shaun came to my apartment, looked at everything I had accumulated over the years both in my apartment and in my storage unit and provided me a VERY fair price for the move.
I figured with this sort of customer service, I was willing to give them a try.
On moving day, they provided me a half hour window in which they would arrive in the morning and they arrive right on the dot at the beginning of that span. Shaun and two other movers arrived and got right to work, working efficiently to clear out my apartment safely.
When they arrived at my house they laid down blankets, did not track in any debris from outside, and unpacked and reassembled any furniture necessary. They took no breaks so as to keep the move as quick as possible, and were pleasant to work with the entire time.
I highly highly recommend New Generation Moving and Storage, as well as Shaun himself. It made my moving day, which is normally a highly stressful endeavor, a breeze. Thank you to the team! :)

These guys are great. Ethan and Phil were on time, easy to work with, careful, thoughtful, asked the right questions, and never stopped working until the job was done. I have never loaded a moving truck as fast as I did with these guys. I highly recommend New Generation movers to anyone who needs help moving.

I cannot say enough about Shaun and his entire moving team at New Generation. We purchased a new house across town and decided to use movers for the first time. We were referred to them by a friend who was also a past client. Shaun came to the house a few weeks prior to the move date and did a pre-​move walk through and explained the entire moving process. I was super impress with the time and attention the movers took at both the old and new house to ensure walls weren’t scraped and floors were dirtied. The movers were very friendly and hard working. The overall quote for the move was way less than expected and we could not have been more satisfied with the results. I will highly recommend New Generation Movers to anyone and everyone that I know is moving. Great Job guys!!!

Shaun and the gang was awesome. Moved me out of my house, kept my things in storage for two months. They worked fast and were very diligent in wrapping railings and furniture along with covering floors. They were awesome!

After selling our condo quicker than expected, my boyfriend and i needed to move pretty quickly. Shaun came out to check out all of our furniture and gave us a quote in a day and was able to schedule our move very quickly! The three guys who actually helped us on moving day were super friendly and professional. They got everything packed and unpacked faster than expected and took care of our belongings. As soon as I called New Generation — Kevin came out and met me within a week to take a look at my apartment and provide me a quote. I moved roughly 80 miles and the price was very reasonable. On the day of the move — the movers were very professional and efficient. I ended up getting stuck in traffic for an hour and the movers (Brendan and Chris) were still very patient and polite. I’ve recommended New Generation to my family to use in the future.
