I just want to thank Tyler and Curt for their great knowledge and customer service ! My I phone battery/​screen were cracked and not working properly ! Within 20 minutes I walked out with a new screen and battery for $ 100 flat. Thank you Tyler and curt for all your help! Also cheapest cost around! Mike

Thanks for fixing my phone, Curt! TechRescue made the process of repairing my iPhone 6 screen quick and painless. I dropped it off Saturday morning and got a phone call that is was ready in about an hour. Everything looked good as new! There’s a parking lot in the back if you’re driving and they accept credit cards. You get an email receipt for your transaction and a guarantee for the work done if any problems should arise.

Have been going here for years. Extremely friendly, well priced, and many repairs are done within the hour (with nice places to eat nearby). Today I went in to have my iPhone charging connection replaced ($ 60 here versus Apple telling me I needed a new phone) and instead of just replacing it as I asked Curt checked to see if blowing compressed air would solve my problem. It did and they didn’t charge me at all! Curt even came out of the store as I was getting into my car (in the middle of a snow storm without a jacket on) to tell me to be careful using my old cord. Really shocked by that customer service especially when I didn’t pay anything for it. I almost look forward to my next iPhone crisis.

My iPhone 6 Plus died due to water damage. I went to my local AT&T store to get it repaired and when the customer service rep heard water damage he referred me to Curt at TechRescue. These guys are awesome, they repaired my iPhone and I did not lose any of my data. The customer service I received was excellent and they were very professional and friendly.

This is a great place! This was my first time with shattered iPhone glass and I was really worried about it. I happened to notice this place on a walk not too long ago, and remembered it when I needed it. Quick, reasonably priced, friendly, honest — and they fixed my shattered phone glass in an hour on a Saturday afternoon (and they seemed pretty busy!). Good stuff.

My cracked screen was fixed in less than one hour for $ 90. I have a iPhone 5C, so it costs $ 90. iPhone 5 costs about $ 80, so I’m guessing iPhone 6’s and anything more current would cost more.
They also have a lifetime screen policy in case something happens like it getting stuck or the screen not functioning properly after it was repaired. Their policy doesn’t cover cracked screens so if you crack it again, you’ll have to pay.

I went in to have several intermittent problems with my iphone addressed. The owner was friendly at first but then began to be sarcastic and insulting toward me. When I complained, he insisted it was my problem saying, «you seemed so nice and friendly at first». I told him he seemed the same way until he became sarcastic and insulting. Our exchange went back and forth several times, but he was arrogant and unapologetic saying, «well you don’t have to like my sense of humor» and «not everyone has to like me».
So, if you want to have your phone fixed the techs are great, but beware. The owner’s customer service can be bullying and abusive. He acknowledged he had heard my complaint from others, but never apologized to me. It is long past time for him to address his personal problem.

These guys are awesome! They went above and beyond, and it looked like they did it for everyone who walked in. I will definitely be back!

Within 48 hours, my dead iPhone is now alive, all contacts, photos, notes are still there! No rice or oven heating needed!!! (LOL!) Tyler was especially helpful and attentive to all my concerns and personally dropped off the phone because I could not make it into their office tonight. I highly recommend you take your iPhone here for any damage you may have… Water damage is their specialty! Go here before you go to an Apple genius bar and pay for a new phone. Hint — its much cheaper than paying for a new iPhone.

Review Update–
My phone was sent to another repair shop because of my warranty… Basically, the other repair shop made a mistake by saying my phone had water damage. However, Curt specifically told me there wasn’t and I even checked myself. Curt did an accurate job checking my phone, so I changed my review to 5 stars.
Also, I have to say he reminds me of the comedian Michael Mcdonald, which is not a bad thing :).
I walked in and Curt instantly «acknowledged» me with a smile. Not a big deal I know, but I felt welcomed lol. Anyways, went to his store to get my Samsung Galaxy S4 diagnosed. Although it did take 2 phone calls to check the status of my phone, Curt did give me a call and politely told me I had to replace the motherboard and it would cost me x. The reason I came here was because I didn’t know how to diagnose the problem. However, I’ve taken galaxies apart and they are fairly easy to repair (even Curt said so, so he was being honest with me). Anyways, the price quote he gave me was very fair. I’m a very technical guy btw.
I got my phone back and didn’t want it repaired because I wasn’t sure about my warranty. Curt didn’t charge a single cent for the diagnostic. The screws were definitely changed with new or better ones and the phone had been clean. However, there was a mark on the phone and it may have been caused by him (I think he caused it but don’t quote me on that).
I would rate them a 4 and would definitely recommend going there for repairs because–
— Curt is very knowledgeable and is a very nice guy. He definitely wouldn’t scam/​overcharge you on repairs or anything like that (I was dubious about the reviews before but not anymore).
— I wasn’t notified about my phone and had to call them (although they had promised it would be ready the day after). It took 2 days but its really not a big deal. It’s not really Curt’s fault actually but the receptionist who claimed he had my email on both days and would notify me through it (its funny because I knew he didn’t have my email so I had to ask him about that on the second day…).

Could not have had a better experience having my iPhone 6 screen replaced here. The work was done quickly and professionally, at a discount, with amazing customer service. They even threw in a glass screen protector and case. Thank you to iPhoneCurt for doing such an exceptional job!

I got my iphone screen fixed here and they did a great job. In apple store it would have cost me $ 200 but they fixed mine for $ 127 which is still expensive but its better than anywhere. I have iphone 6. I had hard time trusting stores like this but someone recommend me to this place and i went there. Right decision i made.

Had my iPhone 5S cracked screen fixed by the Curt and the boys few months back and was impressed by their professionalism and excellent work. Over the next few months had an issue with my screen and wasn’t sure what problem was. Over time I noticed that a corner of the glass was popping up a little. I initially brought to the apple store who told me that I had to buy a new phone and had «water damage.» Anyway, I brought to the guys at iPhoneCurt and they looked at and not only fixed it, they fixed some other stuff on the phone, and were apologetic about the whole thing. They truly stick by their work and were sorry that I had that problem. So uncommon today to see people stand behind their work and craftsmanship, apple could learn some manners from these gents. No wonder I refer anyone with a computer, iPad, iPhone, smartphone to them. Thanks again, guys!

My daughter broke her iPone 5c glass screen. Found this place through Unilocal and what a find. 20 minutes to get the screen fixed. They said it is usually 45 – 60 minutes. I lucked out!!!
Staff is very attentive to the person they are serving. Wait patiently in line. They will get to you and give you great customer service when it is your turn.
By the way, they are less expensive than any of the other shops out there.

I have used these guys multiple times and each time I am more impressed with their AWESOMENESS!
The devices I use today are constantly being banged up or broken. Curt and his crew are fully aware of how fast I want my devices back and has really worked to make that happen!
I have broken my glass on all of my phones (3) at least 3 times each. Every time I get them back fast and PERFECT!
I had an iPhone that had been in a pocketbook that was puked in by a friend having a tough time. Iphone had an Otterbox on it but the Acid got in through the bottom… UGH. I thought it was a gonner… Nope. Curt and crew fixed it fast (within 48hrs) and reasonable price. I wish they could have fixed my leather Coach bag too… *sigh*

While our of town and in Boston, I cracked my iPad screen and wanted to get it repaired. Had seen iphonecurt’a sign while waking past and decided Togo back after cracking my iPad.
The place delivered perfectly. Not only did they fix my iPad for a reasonable price, they also replaced the battery in my iPhone 5 quickly and cheaply and both work good as new. They are as advertised and do great work not just on apple products, but more.
