I would highly recommend Shaad General Construction. Mike was easy to talk with and made sure my needs were met. I had a bathroom remodel and he took less than a week to complete it! Mike’s prices are very reasonable. I will use him for future projects for my house.

I recently contacted Shaad Construction after discovering water damage below the shower of our master bathroom. Fearing the worst, I contacted Mike, the owner of Shaad Construction. He arrived on time, and promptly went to work investigating the source of the leak, which took half a day to finally locate. Mike carefully checked all possible sources of the leak, and discovered that the water was coming from a leaking pipe underneath the subflooring.
He made the necessary repairs, and restored the openings in the walls that he had to create in order to find the leak. All in all he did a great job, completing the work promptly and efficiently, never leaving a mess at the end of the day.
I am very pleased that Mike was the individual I hired for the job.

His rates are also very reasonable. Trust him to do your home renovation, from kitchens to bathrooms and much more. He renovated several rooms in our home and we were very happy with his work and even gave him a bonus to show our appreciation!
