History

Established in 1974.

We are proud to say that we’ve been serving Co-​Op City for over 40 years!

Since the day we first opened, our bagels are hand rolled from scratch (with love), kettle boiled, and baked in small batches just like old fashioned bagels should be done. We make all our bagels, muffins, rolls, heroes, cakes from raw goods on site and they are all baked on premises.

We’re a little difficult to find if you aren’t familiar with the area, but just look out for Dunkin’ Donuts and we’ll be right next door.

We’re a team of friendly people and enjoy making your day just a little bit better. Whether on your way to work during the week or having brunch on the weekend, come join us for a wonderful experience at the bagel shop!

From little suburban girl to tiny business owner, there’s no task that Julie Tamagotchi (aka Jewels) can’t handle. She owns and runs the bagel shop like a true boss maintaining a proper work environment for her team and fulfilling the needs of the shop’s loyal customers and welcoming new ones. The bagel business ain’t easy but with the help of her sidekick (and brother) — Po, she’s got the right formula to make it work. Come stop by and say hi!
