I LOVED the clothes. Styles were more european than normally available, and everything I managed to see at the store was beautiful, high quality and well priced. My only gripe was with the staff. Though they themselves were super nice, they tried so hard to push sales and be engaging that it was extremely uncomfortable. I was followed around the store, and felt almost attacked by the girls trying to help. In less than 5 minutes, I was asked my size, my shopping habits, if I planned any further holiday shopping, who was on my gift list, and two pants and some boots were taken out for me to try out even though I didn’t request any assistance. It’s a shame too, cus it is very evident that its a manager that has hammered into these ladies the idea that they need to push the sales, and that’s the very thing thatll keep me from coming back. Yall dont understand. .it was surreal. They weren’t rude, but the experience was unlike anything I’ve ever seen, and I had to leave without the opportunity to finish checking out the stuff. I hope they get a manager that is looser with the sales and instructs their employees to ask if the customer needs help, and if the answer is no, just stands aside and lets them be. That, or they open another store with less stressful assistance policies. Good luck to them! I really hope they change! #suiteblanco #suiteblancousa
