Every time we go there, they can’t answer any of our questions. I went today to pay my bill, which I was able to do, but when I asked how much my monthly fee is, Stephanie Amaya said she’s not allowed to tell me that because the account is under my mothers name, even though my name is also on the account. She’s able to collect my money and pay for it but she can’t tell me how much my phone bill is!!! It’s ridiculous, we’ve never had a good trip going there, there’s always a problem, they need a daily manager there or just better workers, who can actually help you out and answer your questions!

They tell me my phone is broken. I ask, «What does that mean?» they say, «It’s an insurance issue at this point.». They don’t look up my account to see if I have insurance, they don’t explain my options, they don’t even try to sell me a new phone. It’s like they didn’t want my business. Well, they got what they wanted.

They don’t know their a$$ from their elbow. You call ask them a question and of course, it’s yes to everything. Once you get there they turn around and start with the «what what what, who did you speak to?» Don’t bother going there.
