Curry Point Takeout

Me and my three girlfriends came in last night to give this place a try. To me, it resembles a chipotle with the setup. You have about 9 different curry’s to choose from. They are served with your choice of white or fried rice and they also have veggies like tomatoes and cucumber for garnish. The young lady behind the counter was very friendly and accommodating. She allowed me and my friends to sample all the different curry’s, to help us decide which we wanted. She was very patient and impressed me with her customer service skills.
I kept it simple, I did the fried rice with the chicken 65 and the lamb curry (you get two meats or a double order of the same meat). They were both melt in your mouth tender, and seasoned just like you would expect an Indian curry to be executed. I was very happy with my meal and promised myself I would be back soon. My girlfriends did the fried rice with the chicken curry (green looking sauce) and the chicken 65 (red sauce). The food is very reasonable priced, under $ 7 a meal.
I feel bad for this place because this location has been bad luck for the previous tenants, but I know that Curry Point has what it takes to make it. If the people of Brookpark would stop being so closed minded and eating the same old thing all the time, they have a chance to be a staple. By far, my favorite restaurant in the city!
