Non-​stop entertainment was awesome, the DJ did a really really great job. Out of all the hiccups we had with the other vendors, the DJ went over above and beyond to make sure everything was good. He arrived early to set up and made sure everything was working as it should. The music played matched the energy of the people on the floor. Everyone had a really great time at our wedding and I would definitely recommend him to everyone and I would like to use non-​stop entertainment again if we have any other events coming up!

After my wedding all the guests complimented me on my DJ, Billy. He did a fantastic job. They loved how he kept the music flowing. During the reception, I went up to him to tell him he did a fantastic job and to keep playing whatever he wanted. We gave him a few must play songs for cake cutting and parent dances, but he really didn’t need anything more.
Billy also did the music for our ceremony and everything was timed perfectly.
We chose non-​stop after a recommendation from a friend and it was a great choice. From our first meeting with Ryan and Billy, I felt like they had a great grasp on the whole situation. Their website for planning is really easy to use. They are readily available to meet both in brick and motar storefront, over the phone and via email.
I loved the uplighting that came with the package. It definitely added something special to our venue.
We also used their photobooth, which was big hit with our guests. The photobooth operator was so wonderful too. He gave us a usb drive and a binder with print outs and notes from our guests.
All in all, it was a great deal and added so much to our wedding.

Had a great time with our dj. He got everybody out on the dance floor and made our wedding great. We even got compliments from the wedding next door about how much better our dj was compared to theirs. I will definitely recommend these guys to everyone.

I can’t give enough positive feedback for Ryan and Non-​Stop Entertainment. We worked with him at our wedding this past weekend, and were very happy with our decision. He was super easy to work with, and kept everything going smooth for the entire reception. I have had numerous people tell me after the wedding how impressed they were with our DJ. I want to plan another large party just so that I can book Ryan again. Would definitely recommend!

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Ryan Meeks and Non-​Stop Entertainment. My husband and I got married on 5÷16÷14 at Palos Country Club in Orland Park and from the first meeting with Ryan until the end of the night on the day of our wedding, we were very pleased with every aspect. The online tool is AMAZING and made it very easy to relay what we wanted/didn’t want as far as music went. Ryan is very cool, down to Earth, nice, funny and a real stand-​up guy. We knew we could count on him and his company to make sure our reception was extra special. He’s also very charismatic and all of our guests loved his MC/​DJ skills. We would definitely use Non-​Stop Entertainment again in the future if we were in the market for DJ services.

We worked with Ryan and Non-​Stop as our wedding DJ and I can’t say enough good things. The online planning was helpful to us for organizing our music for the entire night, and helped him have an idea of exactly what we wanted for our wedding. People were complimenting our music on Facebook as the wedding was happening! We had a 6 hour reception, and the cocktail music, dinner music and dance music were all amazing. No one wanted to leave the dance floor when the party ended at midnight!
The other great thing about Non-Stop’s DJ services was the photobooth. When we signed our contract, I didn’t think we would need it for the entire night. I was wrong because people could not get enough of it. They had an awesome collection of props, glasses, and hats (that were new and clean unlike some other weddings I have been to). I am going to have so much fun looking through the USB that was included in the package we got.
I highly recommend Non-​Stop if you are looking for a DJ that will give you a great party atmosphere that will keep you and your guests happy all night.

Best dj ever!!! Ryan was awesome and super convenient to work with. He made my wedding the best night ever. I’ve never seen so many people on the dance floor. He also provided up lighting that was stunning. I’d recommend and use him again for an event.

We were thrilled with the services Non-​Stop provided. From the very beginning, Ryan (the owner and our DJ) was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. He was laid back and still professional, which fit exactly with our personalities. Ryan was willing to accommodate my husband’s offbeat music tastes for cocktail hour and dinner and then had the dance floor filled the entire night. He went above and beyond our expectations, making sure everything ran smoothly. We didn’t have to worry about the photographer being in place or important people being absent for speeches, he took care of everything. Ryan was such a great person to work with and we highly recommend him and Non-​Stop.

We booked Ryan Meeks through Non-​Stop Entertainment for our wedding. Ryan was amazing. Simply sitting down and talking with him, we could tell that this was his passion. He loved his work, and it showed. On top of that, he is one of the last DJs that still actually spins and mixes. That is hard to find now-​a-​days.
One nice thing Ryan did was find music and/​or make music if we didn’t have anything specific in mind. While guests were entering, we want some bird noises in the background (our theme was love birds), but we didn’t want it annoying. Ryan actually made a track, but dubbing chirping into the background of some peaceful music. It was perfect.
Lastly, Ryan was able to find a very good balance between American and Mexican music (one side was American and one was Mexican). He was able to not only get both sides on the dance floor, but also dancing together. We tried to limit our requests and must plays so he could work and do his thing, which he did. We could not have asked for a better DJ for our wedding. Thanks Ryan! Highest recommendation possible!

Ryan Meeks/​Non-​Stop Entertainment was recommended to us by one of the bridal party members, and thank goodness we followed that suggestion! The DJ is THE life of the party; they can literally make or break the event! We told Ryan, «If people are on the dance floor, keep doing what you’re doing!» With the exception of 3 – 4 songs, we didn’t provide him with any other direction; he’s a professional and we trusted that he could keep people on the dance floor, and he absolutely did… it was packed all night, and Ryan was even able to mix some songs rather than just playing the traditional back-​to-​back wedding songs. We couldn’t be happier with the way our wedding night turned out, and the party atmosphere was definitely compliments of Ryan!
Just like the majority of our vendors, Ryan did not allude to the fact that he has multiple events and weddings each week. He made us feel «special» and like he was only working with us, and made great suggestions on music and timing. We first met with Ryan to discuss DJ services, and then quickly after, booked our photobooth through him as well. Several months later, we asked him for a videographer recommendation, and it turned out that he was able to provide those services as well. It was invaluable to have all three of those services housed under one contact! He showed up early, got along great with our guests, and worked closely with our banquet manager to ensure that everything went by seamlessly — his hard work was obvious and it paid off four our awesome party!
As a part II to this review — Ryan also provided our photobooth services. The photobooth was a huge hit, and it wasn’t one of those tiny booths that bigger companies rent out. This was a larger tent covered by velour material; it didn’t look like an eyesore, and it fit a large group of people all at once. They also printed out multiple prints based on the amount of people in the booth, had one book copy for us, and provided awesome props!

I can’t recommend Ryan enough! We booked him for our August 10, 2013 wedding and we couldn’t have asked for anything more! We met once before the wedding when I put down the deposit and then again the week before the day and everything was always friendly and casual. The planning worksheets he provides were incredibly helpful so we didn’t miss anything important. He was also very quick to respond to any emails or texts that I sent him. The entire night of the wedding, I only spoke with once. which is a good thing! I didn’t have to remind him to play anything or tell him to change the music or anything. The night was flawless and we and most of the guests were on the dance floor the entire time.
When we met with Ryan he mentioned that he was going to start the night out with some earlier music from the 70s and 80s. I was initially skeptical, but figured he knew best. This was spot on. My Aunts were the first ones on the dance floor dancing to the music they remember from their weddings. I never thought I’d see the day they dance! One of my other (many) favorite memories from the night was looking over and seeing my mom and dad jamming out to Thrift Shop! LOL. We seriously had the best time and had no problems with getting people on the dance floor. The music was fantastic. I can’t recommend him enough! My best advice for other brides is to not overload the Play and Do Not Play lists. We only had maybe 20 songs split between the lists and Ryan did a great job reading the crowd and knowing what people were liking.

Thanks to Non-​Stop Entertainment being Extremely accommodating and flexible they saved the day for our party. I needed some last minute party essentials and Ryan, with Non-​Stop Entertainment was able to come through in the crunch.
On top of that, this company has every song you may need. If they don’t have it, they will make sure to have it the day of you event.
Amazing music, great event flow, friendly staff and the most prepared company I have to see at an event. Thank you to Non-​Stop Entertainment for making my anniversary party memorable and seamless!

Ryan of Non-​Stop Entertainment was the DJ for our April 2013 wedding. He was really helpful throughout the planning process and always responded to questions promptly. On the day of the wedding, he made sure that our ceremony music sounded great and coordinated an additional cocktail-​hour set-​up in another room. Our priority was a full dance floor, and Ryan kept people dancing until almost 1:00 a.m. I recommend Ryan and his company without any reservations to any bride looking for a DJ in Chicago.

I don’t know why people keep screwing with my wedding. I thought we had Ryan for our wedding, it was just a matter of trying to meet with him to sign the contract and give the check. However, people are money hungry and when more money comes into the picture, I always get booted.
If Ryan had been up front and honest with me from the beginning (he is a family friend of ours so I thought I could trust him) that a couple that would be spending more money was looking at the same date as we were, I could have respected the fact that he booked with them. He was not returning my emails about trying to come in and sign the contract to book him myself and now I know why. He said it was because he was moving, however, he has responded to my emails from his android before, so we know that seems not to be true. (I don’t doubt that he was moving, but I have doubts that that was the reason for which he did not respond to me for 6 days about meeting with him) He was a little too shady about all this for my liking and now I have a bad taste in my mouth and many months less to now try and find another DJ.
He initially seemed very nice and was really responsive, so I’ll give two stars for that.

We found Non-​Stop Entertainment on Unilocal,and they did an amazing job with our ~200 person wedding reception! We worked with Ryan throughout the whole preparation, and he was both very accommodating and very organized. Non-​Stop Entertainment’s website offered planning guides, music samples, recommendations, and a place to mark your specific requests. There were a few songs that weren’t listed, but Ryan found them without issue. We had a long list of special requests including a complex set of instructions and music for our wedding party introductions and special sequences for some traditional Filipino dances that Ryan executed perfectly.
Our guests raved about how much they enjoyed the music (Facebook was littered with dozens of statuses about sore bodies from too much dancing at our wedding). This is no small feat considering many of our guests (including me) are not big on dancing, plus we had 4 generations of our families present… we even rolled out my grandma’s wheelchair out to the dance floor for a little while! He knew exactly what to play and when to play it as the dance floor was packed the entire night all the way until our last dance at 1AM.
I would also like to note that they have other equipment including lighting. He offered his uplights at a much more reasonable price than our decorator, and they really set the room off. I cannot recommend Non-​Stop Entertainment enough!

I cannot say enough great things about Ryan, who was our wedding DJ on 10÷26÷12! We hired Ryan soon after listening to his samples online and meeting with him in person. From the early planning stages to the event itself, he was always available for questions. Ryan even met with us one last time a few days before the big day, which really eased our stresses about the reception.
As an MC, Ryan moved the night along without interfering with any of the festivities. We had a ‘night at the movies’ theme for the reception, and he played movie soundtrack songs all throughout cocktail hour and dinner. It was perfect. I’ve been to so many weddings with DJs who play the same old playlists they’ve used since the 80’s (chicken dance, macarena, etc. etc.). Ryan is not like that at all. He’s up to date with music trends and styles. His mixes/​mashups (which were a huge selling point for us) were original and catchy. We received countless compliments from our guests on how much they LOVED the music at our reception. The dance floor was pretty full for most of the night, and most of our friends/​family members aren’t even big dancers. That’s how good the music was!
I cannot stress this enough: wedding music is typically forgettable; Ryan made ours memorable. Hire this man. He’s the best.

I really cannot say enough great things about Ryan and Non-​Stop Entertainment. We booked Ryan for our September wedding on referral from a friend who had worked with him in the past. Non-​Stop Entertainments prices are great, and the service is even better! I will recommend Non-​Stop Entertainment to all my friends in the future.
Ryan makes planning the entire reception (from a music and entertainment standpoint) very simple. Ryan is very organized and easy to get in touch with (something that does not go unnoticed when you have many other vendors who are not quite so responsive). We received compliment after compliment at the reception (and after) that the entertainment was outstanding. I could not have been happier with our wedding DJ.
We will most certainly be using Non-​Stop Entertainment for all of our DJ needs in the future.

We are SO happy we went with Ryan’s company, Non-​Stop Entertainment, for our wedding. From start to finish, everything was wonderful.
First of all and most importantly, after the wedding, we received so many compliments on the music. Albert, our DJ, took the list of songs I gave him ahead of time and used that to put together the perfect night of music. I really like hip-​hop, but my husband and his side of the wedding like oldies. Albert somehow got it all to work! Among the many weddings we have been to, I really think our dance floor was the most crowded throughout the night. Also, Albert was so fun and so professional! He really was the quintessential DJ!
We also got the photo booth and people loved it. Ryan provided the BEST props. People were loving the props! The photo booth girls were cute and friendly too! Getting the book of photo booth pictures from them at the end of the night was so wonderful.
Ryan is very thorough and runs his business well. He has a unique online website/​interface with his clients that is extremely detailed. My husband and I can’t recommend him enough!

Non-​Stop did a great job with our family reunion. Both the DJ and the photo booth worker were very nice and professional.
The photos from the booth were coming out pretty dark at first, but they helped fix that up right away after we mentioned it. The booth had a great selection of props, and the photos printed quickly. Everybody really loved that they were each able to get a copy of the prints.
A few small complaints: the mic they used had a delay on it, which was distracting. Also, one song that we requested at the party the DJ didn’t have (which was a bit surprising, since it was a pretty popular song).
Other than that, the pricing was really wonderful and the quality of entertainment was great! I would definitely recommend them to others.
