I love my profession and that is why I excel at it! I truly enjoy what I do and I enjoy helping the people I work with. I have been in Real Estate since 2008 and have been through the lows and the highs. I am very familiar with the RE market and have experience with almost all aspects of it. From seasoned investors and large portfolios, to first time buyers looking for their starter home and all the way to short term and long term rental properties. I have done it all.

The majority of my life has been spent abroad, even though you would never know it if you spoke to me. I moved back to the states after successfully finishing my college education. I moved here by myself and experienced quite a bit of struggle and hardship to get to where I am today. These experiences have made me the person I am today. I don’t take things for granted and I know the meaning of hard work.

Looking for an apartment to rent or buy is an extremely stressful process. From trying to stay within your budget to finding a qualified agent that will have your interests in mind, it can be quite a feat. I was referred to Dino by a friend who worked with him and I couldn’t be happier with the service he offered me. He attentively listened to what I want and need and was able to present me with several options in a very short period of time.
As much as Real Estate Agents work on commission, I never felt like he was pushing me to make a decision or that he had an agenda. The level of professionalism Dino does business with was outstanding, and once it’s time for me to find another apartment, I will not even entertain the thought of calling someone else.
Dino understands how important it is to give his clients what they need and how grateful those that don’t understand the market are when we find someone like him. Considering that you are probably reading this because you need real estate help, I would pick up that phone and call him right away!

Dino came highly recommended and he some how managed to exceed my expectations. Since I’m moving from LA to Boston, I gave myself a week to look at places. The majority of my time was wasted by other brokers who either cancelled on me, gave me the bait and switch (showed me units other units that were different from the ones I liked online), or they left me in the dust after showing me one apartment. Dino was the only broker who really seemed like he was on my side and wanted me to find something that worked for me.
We met at the office and he made a list of units based on my price range and key features I was looking for. We hopped in his car and within an hour and a half he managed to show me 5 units and gave me a tour of the neighborhood.
In some sense, I’m really glad I had spent the rest of the week with other brokers and landlords who wasted my time because it helped me to appreciate my wonderful experience with Dino. It’s tough finding a place to live in Boston, I’m just glad I had someone as knowledgeable, empathetic and efficient as Dino on my side.

Dino’s expertise and positive attitude made my experience buying real estate incredibly smooth and painless. I have to admit, there was a bit of hand holding going on. In retrospect, I wasn’t as educated about the process as I should have been, but Dino was very patient and communicative. He continuously made sure that I was up to date and aware of all the stages of the process and followed through on all commitments. When the time comes for me to deal with real estate again, Dino will be the agent I call.
