History

Established in 2014.

With a passion for real estate, Rob began his career in 2014 with a highly successful and admirable broker by the name of William «Bill» Luther. Taken under Bill’s wing, Rob quickly grew his business to help his clients whether their goals were to buy, sell or rent real estate.

In June 2013, Rob’s father-​in-​law, Edward Peter «Pete» Fraher III, passed away due to pancreatic cancer. Due to the impact of Pete’s passing, Rob has decided to donate a portion of his sales transactions to the Lustgarten Foundation. The Lustgarten Foundation is devoted to finding a cure for pancreatic cancer and 100% of each donation goes directly to the research. To find out more, please visit curepc​.org.

Rob spent several years living in California, Arizona and ultimately landed in Massachusetts with his family in 1994. Rob grew up and currently resides in Acton with his wife and son who was born June 2014. Rob spent nearly 10 years in the manufacturing industry where he managed and developed an export compliance program for a family owned die-​cutting company primarily serving the government, military, medical and electronics industries.

Rob enjoys music, cooking, traveling, the great outdoors and most of all, his new son! Among some of his hobbies, Rob loves being outdoors with his wife and young son hiking and kayaking and he also plays the guitar and saxophone. On Tuesday nights, you can find Rob and his wife bowling with friends at the Lanes and Games of Cambridge. Rob has lived from Allston as far out as Ayer and is familiar with the suburbs West of Boston. Rob is eager and excited to help you with your search for a new home.
