I can’t speak highly enough of this firm and the employees. Alan and Janet are two of the best professionals I have worked with. From beginning to end, the process was painless. Not only did they handle everything for the closing on my condo, power of attorney, they caught a HUGE tax mistake /​issues that entitled me to thousands of dollars.
Without their help and research, I would have lost this money. The office is in a very convenient location, Beacon Street in Brookline. Right off the green line or street/​metered parking.
SKM will handle all my Real Estate transactions from here on out.
