3rd Ave Shoe Repr & Dry Cleaners

Great dry cleaning. I was in need of getting my suit ready for my friend’s wedding. I was held up at work so I called in. They waited for me for more than a hour. Also, even shined my shoes.

This company is satisfactory until they make a mistake, at which point they will not budge an inch for the customer. I used their services for dry cleaning, stain removal, and pressing my clothes for about 6 months. I was never thrilled with their work, but they were acceptable. I brought in an expensive dress and looked it over with the woman who does the dry cleaning and together we located all of the stains that needed to be removed. I returned a week later for my dress and there was a hole in the front. I refused to pay for the dress and was then insulted and and told that I would have to speak with the owner after much confrontational debate. However, she will not tell me how to contact the owner nor when he will be in the store. She is holding my 200+ dollar dress and still insisting I pay for a dress.
Do not go to this establishment. They have no care for their customers nor for customer service. It is not worth the risk.
