Ace & Star Printing & Wedding Invitation Center

FYI, they’re called Star Printing Co. now. My church hired this service provider to design flyers for our banquet last year. We loved it. High quality product and affordable prices. We worked again with them this year, but I was not impressed.
The whole ordeal was really annoying. It was a game of cat and mouse. My colleague had to stay on top of them in order to get the finished product in time for our mass distribution. After a series of emails with explicit instructions and even though he physically went on-​site and made handwritten edits on the first design (which we hated), they still listed the wrong info.
When I went to pick up the flyers, tickets, and posters, I noticed a line caused by the printer which was overworked for the day. Though I was promised a credit, there’s no guarantee we’ll be back for future print jobs to even benefit.
Long story short, the final product is usually on point as evidenced by the constant traffic of customers. I’ve been there three times now, and there’s always a group waiting around. The creative process and turnaround time is in serious need of improvement. My suggestion is to schedule appointments with customers, have additional staff to assist, or increase the size of the waiting area.
