Victoria’s Virgin Hair

So 1^st let me start by saying this rating is on customer service only. I haven’t purchased the hair yet because they didn’t have the length of hair or texture I wanted in stock at either location. Anyway I had amazing customer service over the phone (from the queens location) by Tammy. I am very indecisive when it comes to buying hair. She was so patient with me explaining the different textures and letting me know what she thinks would work best with my natural hair. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything and she didn’t have to spend so much time with me because I wasn’t in the store so she knows it wasn’t leading to an immediate sale. She called me back to let me know what lengths and textures they had she even sent me a picture of an alternate hair texture just so I was aware of my options. Thanks Tammy can’t wait to try out your hair. My step sister and mom have the Malaysian curly and kinky curly respectively and the both love it. Hoping for the same experience so when I purchase I’ll be back to let you guys know how it is.
