I have been going to Aida for 16 years and even though I now live quite far from her Spa, still find it completely worthwhile to make the journey to have her do my hair– she is very sensitive to what the customer wants and very good at what she does– she has done the highlights on my hair all these years and its a real art, matching up the blonde streaks– but she does it with great patience and good humor — she also cuts my hair in a way that suits my kind of hair. Her staff also give great head massages while washing your hair and the atmosphere is very clean and relaxing.

1st time ever here~& my new ‘Go To’ place when I’m in Brooklyn (which is often). Aida did my hair-​a cut w/​2 colors of low-​lights. She cut & colored exactly how i described to her of my ideas. Aida was extremely friendly, as was Tesla (a wonderful young lady) that works there. Tesla gave me the best scalp massage i could have ever imagined –Lol. I almost fell asleep. Very clean (bathroom spotless) & the coffee was good as well. Price was right by me also. Thank you~off to Mexico vacation i go… w/​a smile :)

Another visit to Aida Spa last weekend (08⁄2015) and again the result was stunning! She is so great at creating up-​dos and hair styling. Aida is always accomodating me to book appointments when I need. Her prices are affordable. Her staff is very friendly: Stephanie is gentle and professional. I love the music they play and the salon is always kept sparkly clean. Support small businesses, go to Aida Spa, you won’t regret your visit!

Love this place! Manhattan salon quality without the Manhattan price tag.
Aida is great, she is always very accommodating with my last minute appt and crazy color requests which always comes out perfect, (currently I have blue ombré hair).
The salon is very clean, and the staff is very friendly. I’m thrilled to have found such a great salon in my neighborhood.
I have been coming here for a year now and wouldn’t go anywhere else! My hair always looks and feels great! She also does a great job with blow outs and you can’t beat the price!
Aida always goes above and beyond to give her customers what they want, and is very knowledgeable about color and cuts.

I’ve been going to Aida spa for a while, and always was satisfied with it. i was getting haircuts all the time. but this time i had keratin treatment, and all i can say is: «i am not happy at all!» i had keratin treatment 2 years ago in different salon and when i left salon my hair was shiny and silky, i just could not stop touching them. After Aida’s treatment, my hair felt greasy and sticky, and i had to go like that for 3 days, yuckkkk. after i washed them — NOTHING changed, they are exactly the same. so disappointed. don’t recommend this place for treatments, just waist of time and money. i searched in internet about keratin treatment and all videos say, that 1. wash hair 2. put treatment on hair 3. rinse your hair 4. hot iron… as i remember Aida skipped step# 3. well, what can i say?! someone should learn better what to do!!!

I have been coming to Aida Spa for 8 years and have had consistently amazing results. Aida has transformed my hair from chocolate brown, to blazing red (against her wishes), to beautiful beach blonde and each color has been vibrant and healthy looking. Because her products are such good quality and her blending technique is top notch, my hair has remained strong and shiny throughout all my drastic make overs.
Aida Spa is clean, welcoming and very reasonably priced. Aida and her staff treat customers like family, which is why she has such a dedicated following. I’d never consider going anywhere else!

Went here for the first time today to get some corrective color and cut work done because of another salon’s awful job. Kelly, my stylist, was great. She took time to figure out what I needed and made sure it got done. I’m very happy with the color and cut she gave me.

Got my hair done today @ Aida’s. Beautiful job, as usual. Cut, lowlights, highlights & blow dry. Th e salon is pretty & impeccably clean. Been coming here for over 5 yrs & always happy when I leave!

The people there are really nice, but I was very disappointed with the results of my hair. I had the keratin treatment done but when I washed my hair, it was still very curly. it was supposed to have a relaxed, smooth look but I did not see any changes. Very disappointed because it’s a nice place.

I’m the kind of guy who gets his back waxed every so often before a vacation or summer. I have gone to a lot of different salons and spas to get it done before, but this is the only place I chose to return to regularly. Each time I’ve gone, they provided the most relaxing, pain-​free experience. They were also quite meticulous. I also think the people are pretty nice, and their prices are comparable to anyone else in the area.
