We have 25 years of experience in divorce and family law, including grounds for divorce, custody, child support, visitation and equitable distribution, post-​judgment modifications and appeals and pre-​nuptial agreements. We practice in both Supreme Court and Family Court.

History

Established in 1984.

Since then Ms. Scarlato has been in private practice except for a short time with Professional Employees Legal Services, a pre-​paid legal plan for white collar members of DC37, Local 375.

Ms. Scarlato’s practice was located in Manhattan until 2004 when she relocated to Brooklyn, New York.

Business Owner

Ms. Scarlato attended law school at St. John’s and was admitted to practice in New York State in 1983. She has been engaged in the practice of matrimonial and family law for 26 years in the five boroughs. After seven years in public service at DC37 she returned to the private practice of family law in Brooklyn in 2004.
