Dr. Cioczek is very attentive and takes her time with her patients.
However, her reception/​front desk girl is very unpleasant and unhelpful. I’m talking about the 6718 13th avenue location.
She never picks up the phone, when she does she puts you on hold for about 10 minutes; she seems to be very busy, but she is not.
Also, since when do you have to call the Doctor for your results??? It is their responsibility to do so.
Very unprofessional.

I call her Dr. Anna, it’s easier for me. She is one of the best GYN’s I have EVER been to. Competent, gentle, patient and funny she made me feel totally relaxed and took the time to sit and talk with me about all my concerns. I saw her in the Greenpoint office on Nassau avenue. I think I waited about 20 minutes to be seen, which is great. I highly recommend being seen by Dr. Anna especially if you are anxious around doctors.

I’ve had a pleasure of having Dr. Cioczek as my Gynecologist since 2009.
I’ve been going to her Bay Ridge location and I’ve always been greeted with a smile by her friendly staff. The most recent visit I waited less than 10 min, which is great for a doctor’s office. Dr. Cioczek was very thorough and took time to address all my concerns. She is kind and gentle, but most importantly she listens and doesn’t rush through the visit. She is also very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her, especially if you’re looking for a doctor who speaks Polish.

I had to wait almost an hour to be seen, but Dr. Cioczek was very attentive, and answered all of my questions very thoroughly. I appreciate an informative doctor who takes her time more than anything.
The wait doesn’t seem so bad when I know she takes her time with each patient.
I saw her at her Greenpoint location, on Nassau Avenue.

I walked into Dr. Cioczek’s tiny waiting room and was greeted kindly by the receptionist. My wait time was around 15 minutes, which was great in my book. She welcomed me in with a smile and a handshake. I went in with a concern and she really did meet all my expectations. When going to a gyno you really want someone who is kind and gentle. Most importantly, i wanted someone who does not hurry me or dismiss my concerns. I was soooo pleased with her… she answered all my questions and I never felt hurried. She took her time to explain everything in detail and when I didn’t understand she made sure to go over it again. A+++++ and highly recommended.
