BAMS rocks, Dimitri, my contact at BAMS, went far and above what myself would deem as a normal customer experience would be. He was thorough, pointing out savings, why BAMS is a great choice our processor. Highly recommend for those who process online payments.

Dimitri was excellent. I was shocked at how easy the transition was from the old merchant account. Every aspect of the process exceeded my expectations– so much so that I have thought on two occasions how odd it was that everything went as promised. Then i shrugged and went on with running the business. In my opinion this is just how it should go, but rarely does any change go this well. I am completely satisfied.

My company has used Bams now for about five years. There is one person I have always delt with there Alex braunshteyn. Because of him I have never switched company’s he is amazing any question I have ever had or problem he has fixed or explained to me with in minutes of me reaching out. If only every business had an employee like Alex life would be a lot easier

Our account representative Dimitri Akhrin has spent a considerable amount of time with me on the phone and in person making sure that all of our procedures run smoothly. He just helped us set up on-​line card processing that will streamline our process. The rates are low and the next day funding with all cards is terrific!

I’m a small business owner and have been in business for over 6 years now, and working with BAMS for about the last year. Their attention to customer service, their rates, and their next day funding make them hands down the best merchant services I have tried. (I have used four, including BAMS, for the record.)
I must admit, I recently jumped ship to a competitor who was offering no fees on your first $ 50K of transactions. I was swayed by the sparkle of a new kid on the block! Well, I have not yet hit $ 50K with them, but I am already crawling back to BAMS. You CANNOT BEAT NEXT DAY FUNDING. Even for Amex! I feel like I stepped backwards for my business by temporarily leaving BAMS. I have been frustrated with figuring out when my money would be deposited — with multiple transactions every day, some amex and some not, then add in your cut off times — I could never quite tell what to expect in my bank account the next day. Which, I should also add how AMAZING the BAMS online account center is. You can see clearly what transactions have been run and where they are in the funding process, so you always know what to expect.
Whenever I have had a question, Dimitri has been immediately responsive in helping me. I mean, right now he is home with a brand new baby when I messaged him about this mess I got myself into by switching companies, and he still took the time to call me back and help me get up and running again with BAMS. Thank you, thank you, thank, Dimitri for being so awesome at what you do.

As a small business owner, I really needed to switch credit card processing vendors, as my fees seemed to be going up and up. I was referred to BAMS by a friend that owns a restaurant, who told me about his great experience with them. I’m happy to say my experience has also been great — low rates, easy switch over from my prior provider, and hassle-​free support. They shipped me a brand new terminal right away that was already set up. All I did was plug it in and continue business as usual.

i’ve been a business owner for 6 years and with BAMS for about 2 years. i typically shop around for best price and no-​one has been able to beat them yet. aside from great prices, OUTSTANDING custom service. my credit card machine died the 2^nd week of december (nightmare for a small retail store). BAMS immediately sent me a replacement without question and got me set up on a third party’s online system to process my sales. as it turns out, the issue wasn’t with the machine, it was my connection. once the electrician had me up and running, he told me i would be better off with an ethernet connected machine. called BAMS again. replaced it immediately at NO CHARGE! so that’s 2 machine replacements for an issue that didn’t stem from their equipment. that’s what i call OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Let me start off by saying, as a small business that is only been open for less than a year, we look to save in all areas of our business. BAMS: Bank Associates Merchant Services, was a great choice for us in our business venture. Their pricing was much lower than the competitors that kept calling us for our merchant percentage rates. This group of young bank associates where so eager to help us out, they helped us through every step of the way, and made sure that everything was setup correctly and to our standards. They went above and beyond, and at first we where skeptical because every merchant sounds like a sales pitch, but with BAMS, they quickly came to our business location and showed us the benefits we can get with signing up with them. Thank you guys!

***UPDATED*** I had a very unfortunate first encounter with BAMS, when a new sales representative of their’s called my place of employment. He was very aggressive and nasty. After talking to a manager who did not quite believe me, I was insulted and upset, so I left a bad review for this business. Since then the Director of Sales emailed me and then nicely followed up with an email. He apologized profusely and stressed how that the person I talked to was not a correct representation the people of BAMS. He seemed to care a great deal for his company, his employees, and the community they are working with and reaching out to! I really appreciated this follow up and am very glad that my first impression was not correctly founded for the company as a whole!

Overall, I give BAMS an A+ and strongly recommend them. The thing I appreciate most is that they offer ²⁴⁄₇ tech support which is important since I run a Web-​based business and often work off-​hours.
Not only that our processing fees have been reduced, the time it takes for us to receive deposits is faster than with our previous CC processing partner.
