Not cheap but they were fast, and Dr. Debra Wantuch was friendly and professional. I went in for a hearing test and impressions for custom musician’s earplugs.

I am appalled with this place. They grossly overcharge for their services. I went in for a simple replacement of my tubing for my earmolds. When I discovered they were charging me $ 70 to replace the two of them, I was speechless. Tubing is the most replaced part and cheapest manufactured part of hearing aids so to hear them tell me that price was a total ripoff. I shudder at the thought of what they charge for other services if this is what they charge for such a basic thing.
The receptionist, Carolina, while she was nice to fit me into their day without an appointment which is the only thing preventing this from being 1 star, still could not install the tubing correctly leaving it upside down and I had to correct it myself.
While I was paying, a different receptionist was rude to an elderly patient, being argumentative and had no patience with her.
Anyone that works at an audiology or hearing center should know that speaking louder does not always help for those with hearing losses. That actually makes this place deserve 1 star on second thought.
I will not be using this businesses services again.

This place is truly TERRIBLE. The receptionist is a total moron and not very nice. There service truly stinks!!! I warn you not to go to this place. They overcharge and are slower than cold molassas.
