Brook Medical and Dental

This place is affordable but the service is not good. A long wait even with an appointment. When they took my xrays the attendant threw them on a pile of books or something on the floor. The place needs some updating it is dark and uninviting. The dentist kept leaving my room to attend other people in other rooms. The work and cleaning was also rushed and not well done. Needs to work on customer service.

Iv’e been coming here since I was young. I HATE the service the dental assistants give. they never smile, are nasty, have attitudes, and stare at you. If you work for a dentist why not smile? I told one of the girls who work there to smile she got nasty withme and says shes not forced to smile. I mean, leave all your problems at home, you are at a professional work place, you should be lucky you have a job. Smiling dosent hurt. but apparently to them it does. They also sit and eat there so it stinks when you walk in. The dentist. Mr. Ketover is excellent, very nice, and tells you exactly what he is going to do before he does it. Too bad he has very unprofessional workers. It really makes me hesitant to go in there again.

I highly recommend Dr. Ketover at Brook Dental. He is truly a painless dentist. If you have dental fears — he is the man for you! You won’t even feel it when he gives you a shot of Novocaine — I don’t know how he does it — but he’s great. He is very gentle and soft spoken. He really listens and does excellent work at a very reasonable price. If I ever have an emergency for myself or the children — he sees us right away. I have recommended him to many people — they have all had a good experience.
