Absolutely not. I thought I liked this place, but they’re unethical and effing ridiculous.
I ordered a chicken teriyaki rice bowl with brown rice. I paid extra for the brown rice. When my food arrived, it was literally just white rice tossed in soy sauce. So, essentially, they were scamming people and telling them it was brown rice and charging extra when it wasn’t.
When I called the restaurant, I spoke to Jordan, the manager. The owner was in the background saying «it’s brown rice, it just look white.» That’s funny because white rice covered in sauce and brown rice are completely different textures, flavors. Jordan told me that there wasn’t much they could do that day, but that they’d be willing to send me a fresh one, made correctly, the next time I wanted one.
So, I called today. I spoke with Jordan again and told him I wanted to take him up on his offer. He spoke to the owner, who told him that because of where we were located, they would not send a replacement. I’d have to order something from them first, and they’d put it in there.
Wow. Awesome. Your food isn’t that good to begin with, though.

Sweet potato fries were not easy on the eyes. I was hungry so I ate them anyway but they were very sad. Hoping I would not get sick as I ate them. Then there was the salad… awful. I ended up tossing it in the garbage. I had thought that I ordered the salad with dressing on side, so I called restaurant to ask for them to send me one without dressing and the girl told me they couldn’t because its my fault I didn’t put «on side» in the instructions. I hung on her. My experience with this place, several thumbs down if I had more hands. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. What a waste of my hard earned money…

I found brooklynwrap on Unilocal while looking for a light dinner and a place that delivers. The pictures and reviews of the salads and wraps persuaded me give this place a try so I placed an order. I got the avocado salad with balsamic dressing and an 8oz cup of clam chowder. The guy who answered the phone was really polite and gave me a break on the $ 15 delivery minimum since I lived pretty close. He said it would only take about 15 20 minutes for my order to be delivered but an hour later I was still waiting so I called in to find out where my dinner was. The girl who answered the phone said they got busy but assured me all the orders were out and I would receive my food soon. 15 minutes later a guy on a bicycle delivers my food. I was immediately nervous my soup was going to be cold considering it been on the back of a bike for an hour and it’s only 40 degrees out… It was meh warm and tasted like regular clam chowder but I was pretty impressed by the size of the clams. The salad was really good and overall I am satisfied with the food but really disappointed in the time it took to get it. However, I will eat at brooklynwrap again and I do recommend giving it a try if you’re looking for something light and satisfying at a good price.

I had the shrimp avocado wrap and French fries. The service is very nice and friendly. I got my food within 5 – 10 minutes. Everything was made fresh and delicious. The thickness of the wrap was just right so that it was firm and holds the inside well. I really like that there are healthier options in this neighborhood now. There were also a few regulars who were very satisfied and even tipped the front of the house.

So I returned to Brooklyn Wrap with a friend to try the crepes. The crêpe menu is pretty limited. They had three choices. My friend wanted to get the strawberry banana but they said they were out of strawberries so she substituted it for mangos. I ordered the mango blueberry coconut crêpe. Both came with multiple ingredients that were able to substitute.
Now that we ordered we have a seat and wait. And wait we did. I witnessed the slowest crêpe making session in history. We waited at least 20 minutes for them. Someone came out and made the pancakes very slowly and then placed them to the side for someone else to add the ingredients. Which was done one at a time, very slowly. Needless to say by time the crepes got to us they were completely cold. Usually ingredients are added and folded on crêpe cooker to keep it warm but not here. It tasted okay besides that fact that it was even cold to the touch.
They are just too slow to make a good warm crêpe and the ingredients are too far away from where they make the crepes.

Nice fast service but the food wasn’t all that… the salad wasn’t fresh at all and the food overall was ok but not great…

Definitely a good alternative in the neighborhood, considering how many pizzerias and Chinese takeouts there are. Food was very fresh and the staff were friendly as well. Wrap was a little soft, more of a crêpe consistency but able to hold the rib eye well. Prices are also very reasonable. I would recommend it.

Food is ok. Fries are too over burn and you can taste oil and smoky flover with fries.

I was looking for a new good place for lunch while at work. Yum! I ordered from the website for delivery and was not disappointed. He ingredients all seemed fresh I ordered the shrimp avocado wrap and fries. The shrimp was petty good sized, not tiny. The wrap was made of crêpe I think, which was a bit of a surprise– but a welcome one. The fries tasted good, but alas the crisp did not survive the delivery trip, soggy central. The only big down fall I had with them is they did not include any condiments, totally would have loved some ketchup with those fries and maybe a fun sauce for the wrap. the menu had a pretty decent selection of shakes smoothies salads and wraps, kind of piqued my interest. Overall not bad, will order again.

I dont see the reason for 4.5 stars the food is ok but not that good

Food was wonderful and staff was friendly only issue was I wish the smoothie made with a bit of juice or milk instead of just fruit and ice.

I have been driving by here for a while, finally decided to stop in. Not impressed… The guy made my wrap like a slow moving turtle, took about 10 mins even though I was the only one in the place. When I got home and tried to eat it. It fell apart immediately. The steak was tough and very chewy like a cheap cut, and was cut into 5 thick cubes across the wrap. I don’t think I will be returning.

You wouldn’t expect a new restaurant to open in this neighborhood so when I passed by I didn’t think much.
I open my Unilocal app and they pop up as local and new, checked them out and not disappointed.
First thing I noticed was that the staff greeted you right away with a smile, and very inviting.
I ordered a Mexican bowl which was super big for $ 6.50 that’s cheap
They forgot to add or offer sauce so it was a bit dry luckily I had some sauce at home.
I will definitely return to try their wraps and crepes and their smoothies look delicious.
I made them aware of a spelling mistake on their website and pamphlets they were gracious to acknowledge and where thankful.
The nice lady behind the counter offered me to try a sample of their smoothy which I declined at the time (stupid me) she was sweet but I’ll be back soon

I had the Ribeye steak avocado wrap and my wife had the grilled chicken wrap. The wrap and ingredients tasted fresh and delicious. I will definitely be ordering from this place again.

What a delicious option. Im so tired of eating all the fatness in this area. I had the shrimp avocado wrap twice so far and it taste so refreshing with the fresh veggies, natural taste of grilled shrimp. Most of the dishes or wraps here will consist of veggies and choice of meat. The grilled steak wraps are prepared to the correct temperature i requested, medium well. The steak was a litte fatty for my taste. The owner did a great job hiring a very friendly staff. They deserve to be tipped every time.

I ordered delivery, but what I can say is the food is so yummy! I bought a Mexican wrap minus chicken because I’m a vegetarian. I got a whole wheat wrap and was even told that the whole wrap is frozen and not fresh, like the plan wrap, I appreciate the honesty. Placing the order was even enjoyable, the woman who I spoke to was professional and sweet and came within 20mins of placing it. I also ordered a strawberry crêpe which was to die for! Also the salad, was good although I didn’t eat it but looking at my friend’s face while she ate was like she went to heaven!
This will soon become my new go to for grub! Glad this is apart of the neighborhood, hopefully they can add online ordering for deliveries, they do have online order for pick up.

Just tried this for the first time and am very impressed. They scored the first point when I asked for whole wheat wrap and they said they have them but were not fresh right now. I really appreciated the honesty. Most places would gave said nothing and sent a stale one. Made me feel like they cared about the customer. The food was very good and all ingredients fresh. The staff was professional and courteous and got everything right! I will definitely order again. Give it a try you won’t be disappointed! ! Great work guys and thank you!
