Super clean and a pleasant place to do laundry in. The staff is welcoming and the easy card reload option helps so much especially when u don’t have cash! Thank u for making our lives easier on Bay Ridge Brooklyn!

I’m actually updating my review because we love this place even more than we did two years ago! We always dropped our laundry off and have recently started using the pick-​up service, which is incredibly convenient! They do a great thorough job and are very professional. Most of all the employees are all very kind, polite and helpful, and I think that must have to do with the working environment created by the business owner. He takes his employees out for a monthly dinner and clearly treats them very well. We are very happy to support such a positive neighborhood business!

I have a personal attachment to this place because they take a better care of my clothes than my mom had ever done growing up (sorry ma).
They pick your stuff up, wash and dry it using proper cycles and high quality products including the fabric softener and dryer sheets (things I always forget about), fold it nicely and deliver it back with a smile. Their online pick-​up scheduling system is super convenient and easy to use. One word — AMAZING!
The only sad part about this review is that they don’t pick up/​deliver to my new zip code (11 214) as I moved one neighborhood down, and I literally can’t trust my laundry to anyone else around here :(I MISS YOU GUYS…

So clean and friendly. And the owner is a sweetheart. I haven’t been here in a while (I do laundry at family’s) and the only downside (not sure if it’s changed) is that the laundry card used at the other location on 74^th street don’t work in the machines.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff is super polite & their services are beyond incredible. Whenever they pick your laundry up they don’t make you feel like a nuisance. Will always stick with them!

My husband and I just moved to the area and used this wash and fold pickup/​delivery service recently. We had a fantastic experience!!! The delivery and pick up guys were SO polite and friendly, and the laundry came back smelling great and neatly folded. We also really appreciate the ease of scheduling this all online! Now that we know we can count on Bubbles and Suds, we have definitely found our regular laundromat.

Ok, this is a game-​changer. Before I write this review, I have to confess that I am a freak — I LOVE doing laundry. I never went to a wash and fold before this because I enjoy it that much. Unfortunately, the machines in my building are probably older than I am and in a little basement area so creepy that I bring my phone every time I go, just in case I need to call for help.
So I saw all the glowing reviews and figured I would try this place out. WOW. The pickup and delivery are so convenient– you schedule a time online. This makes it really easy as I’m not in Bay Ridge most of the time. The guy who picked up my laundry was really nice and flexible about when I needed it dropped off. The clothes came back smelling SO good and were so neatly folded and organized, it was sad for me to unpack them! I live a few stories up, so I happily tipped him well for his trouble.
Long story short, this place has made me a wash and fold convert! I look forward to using them again. Fair prices, friendly service, clean clothes!

Professional, Professional, Professional — This is the word to describe the entire staff at
Bubbles & Suds Laundromat. I only use the pick-​up services and both the delivery
personnel and the telephone staff are very helpful, personable and knowledgeable.
It is good to be able to rely on someone to process my clothes with the same care that I
do. Kudos to Omar and the entire crew at Bubbles & Suds!

I love this place. The employees are always smiling and so helpful! I use the drop-​off service since I usually never have time to wash my own clothes.
The only reason its not a 5-​star review is that sometimes I may have a shirt or someones pants in my laundry bag, clean, but not mine. I could imagine that it happens the other way around.
Either way, they have my business!

Hands down the nicest, cleanest laundromat I’ve been to in the city. Omar, the owner, is always super helpful. The fluff & fold service is always on point and prompt. Can’t recommend this place enough!

After reading so many positive reviews I wanted to try this laundromat out. The staff is friendly & the prices are moderate. I came to wash clothes on Wednesday at noon which is why it wasn’t busy but it is a small, quaint laundromat & I’m sure the the weekends might be busy. The place is very nice & clean & quiet. I have no negatives to say, I will make this my regular laundromat.

As a newbie to Bay Ridge, this laundromat attracted me from the start! I love the modern feel of the laundromat and after reviewing their website, I know they are modern and successful! I had them pick up and deliver my first load, and everything went smoothly. I had the delivery guy pick it up at 5pm and he came back the next day around 6pm. All my clothes came back perfectly folded and also I requested they separate clothes I wanted hang dried and they did that properly as well! I am so gIad I found a renowned place that is also around the block (nice and close) I would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone

I live close by to two different laundromats and this one is a bit further away, but you can’t beat the great experience you receive here so it’s so worth the couple of extra blocks!

I didn’t think I’d ever write a review about a laundromat, but let’s face it, a bad one can make your life miserable.
I love these folks! Omar and his crew are impeccable when it comes to customer service! I use the pickup/​delivery. They work with my schedule for both, really accommodating.
The clothes come back clean, smelling great, folded like they’re brand new, everything’s dry and most importantly, everything comes back!
Would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for professional convenience!

I used to go to another place on 5^th but this place is cleaner and the staff is much nicer. They really care about customer service, and the bagels and coffee on the weekend are a nice touch.
Dunno about prices because I haven’t gone anywhere else in years.
May have to try the pickup and delivery service soon because, well, I’m just that lazy.

Although I’m no expert on how to operate a Laundromat, I can certainly recognize a a growing business when I see one. Wi-​Fi, indoor table to utilize «waisted» laundry time plus outdoor backyard seating creates a pleasant stress free experience. New machines (accepts coins not cards, but who cares), clean, friendly staff and the owners are very accommodating. Can’t quite comment on price comparison due to lack of cost familiarity but will say that quality is something that I appreciate. Congrats on the soon to be opened location in the 70s.

I just moved to the neighborhood and started to scout out a clean and friendly laundromat with decent hours and prices — found it here.
The attendant was kind and friendly and the brand new looking machines where priced reasonably.
The washing machines take money the old fashioned way — quarters instead of the laundry cards typically used for the newer machines.
Nice that they are open till 10 PM also, however, it would be awesome if they were open 24 hours.
