Staff, extremely ignorant; rude; unprofessional. Customer attained garments & noticed, pet dander on garment, then, a large canine, eating from a bowl directly under customers’ garments. Having allergies, customer asked if canine and/or other animals often dwell directly under all of customers’ garments. Asian male, either, manager or owner said, «You don’t tell me, to have dog! You don’t like it, get the, f___out!» Customer advised, staff member’s demeanor, inappropriate; unprofessional; having provided repeat business, the inquiry, a legitimate one. Customer asserted, perusal of avenues such as Consumer Affairs, etc. Staff member became abusive towards customer, repeatedly making condescending; offensive; vulgar comments. After several remarks, once customer took offense, staff attempted to turn situation around by calling police & stating, customer was in possession of firearm; deadly weapons which was a blatant lie. Staff member needed be, put in his place; taught respect, both prior to & upon arrival of police. Nowhere, customers provide business & be subjected to such conduct. For a quality experience, give your business elsewhere.

DONOTUSETHISDRYCLEANER!!! I used to be a regular customer of this place, until they lost two of my shirts. I totally understand that things happen and dry cleaners lose items, but the way the situation was handled by this place was totally unacceptable. First, it took me 2 trips and 3 days back there for them to determine that the shirts were not in the store. Then they insisted on another week for them to check all 10 of the stores that they service to see if the shirts were there. So now we are about 2-weeks into this and I go back and speak to John who claims to be the manager and he starts yelling at me like it is my fault that the shirts got lost. Finally, he says that their policy is to give the customer 10 times what they spent on the cleaning, so for me it was 2 shirts x $ 1.50×10=$ 30 which was totally unacceptable for relatively new shirts that cost $ 75 each. A deal was worked out that included cash and dry cleaning credit. HEREISTHEREALPROBLEM: They refuse to honor the credit that they gave me, saying that they have no idea what I am talking about even though I have a receipt that says I have credit and the manager John is never there and the clerk at the register does not speak good English so it is hard to explain to her. Also, when you go in look on the wall to the left of the register and you will see hanging there a lot of tickets that are for lost items, in fact when I lost mine they had a notebook they pulled out with lost, misplaced or mislabeled items. I think the problem at this place is that they are to busy and big and way too unorganized.
