Having just moved to NYC recently with my cat, George, I was very nervous about the holidays leaving him alone. Aja and her sister were so amazing and sent me daily photographs and updates. On the first day I was gone, my cat was a little tense and was acting sick. They called me and handled the situation exactly how I would have hoped. Aja is extremely professional, providing a contract and even came over to meet me and George beforehand. I felt so at ease with them and will be definitely using Cat Call again for all my cat sitting needs.

In the past when traveling, I’ve always taken cats to stay with family; the car ride being traumatic for them, and getting them in and out of carriers traumatic for me. So three weeks ago when planning a weeklong vacation, I looked up some local cat-​sitting services in the neighborhood. Cat Call seemed promising, but Aja’s willingness to come over for an in-​house visit and deal with a ton of e-​mails and prep docs really sealed the deal.
Regular updates with photos of the kitties were welcome and reassuring, and we came home to two well-​fed and happy cats, and clean litter boxes to boot.
Highly, highly highly recommended pet-​sitting services offered by someone who is a consummate professional and caring cat owner herself.

Cat Call and Aja in particular are fantastic. Our first experience was for a long weekend. We had Aja visit with the esteemed Mr. Pants (our 13 year old cat with anxiety issues) in the morning and again at night. We got text updates on how he was doing and we returned home to find a well adjusted cat who was still on a regular eating schedule and not freaking out at us for leaving or doing massive stress shedding (a few things we have encountered with other cat sitters). We recently hired Aja again for a week long trip and this time went just as well. Aja is a true cat person who brings a calm vibe into the house and as the owner of a high strung cat, it is nice to know that the person taking care of him is actually able to help him relax with focused attention and sweetness. We will definitely be using Cat Call again!

We love Aja at Cat Call and so do our cats! We’ve used Cat Call quite a few times while we’ve gone away, and each time we’ve been very pleased. Aja is great at keeping in touch with little daily updates on our cats, and is always very prompt in replying when we get in touch. When we get home, our cats seem well played with, well fed and watered, litterbox is clean and we don’t feel like anyone has actually been in our home. Great service! Highly recommend!
