Horrible service. People lie to you about investing without giving full disclosure… big bank, no one to help you. Do not open an account here they will not honor the promotions after the fact.

The place is huge and clean. I wanted to pay my chase credit card. The person at the window said they couldn’t find me in the machine and sent me to the bank specialist. The banker looked at my card and said that those cards aren’t issued anymore and haven’t been for years. I told her that she must have been mistaken because I had just gotten the card about 2 months ago. After realizing her mistake she was rude the rest of the time, but at least she was able to find me on the machine.
I give it three stars because of the facility but deduct 2 stars because of the bad service.

I like that I can access this ATM at any time and that it’s close to my house. I can’t really review the branch for service though because I almost never go inside to a teller.
