Woohoo, i am the first to review this brunch. I am so exited :)
I know that today you can do everything online, and I know that you can find yourself not visiting the bank for few months sometime. And when my mother needed help with her loan, that required a real person, I went with her to the TD bank. And I must say that they were very nice to us.
They made us wait for almost an hour until someone could help us (Make an appointment first), but when Michael was with us, he made us feel that he is really with us. He was able to help us with few solutions and few options for my mom. So even that almost all banking is online, it is good to know there is someone if you need help.

I’ve only been here once and used the Penny Arcade. It was pretty empty when I went in and up to the teller to give her pennies I rolled. She let me know that they didn’t accept rolls — I would have to use the Penny Arcade and be charged a fee since I wasn’t a TD Bank customer. A man who seemed to be the bank manager overheard and showed me exactly how to use the Penny Arcade — very simple! When I went to cash in my $ 6 worth of pennies, the teller was very nice and didn’t charge me the fee. Great bank, highly recommended! BTW — they’re open Sunday but closed on Saturdays!
