If you want to be rushed off the phone when placing an order and receive the wrong sandwich or things missing from your order… definitely order from this place.
You hope that its gonna be right like the one time they did get it right, only to be extremely disappointed. If you like disappointment, this is the spot for you.

Came here with my boyfriend on Halloween before we went out because we were in the mood for a sandwich. The bread was extremely stale and very difficult to eat, we kept smushing it down with our hands in hopes that it’d make the bread softer. The only reason we bothered to eat it is because we were starving at this point and had a long car ride to Staten Island so anything would have filled us up. But, we only ate the bare minimum so that we wouldn’t be hungry anymore. Also it was way overpriced for such a stale piece of bread.

FANTASTIC PLACE!!!
Bit pricy but WORTH IT! The multigrain bagel was SO fresh & soft (& it was 2:00PM when purchased) the lox was not salty like in other places (they need to add more slices) & the cream cheese was decadent!
Food is A++++ just please have your workers change their gloves after they touch the money of previous customer!

The jalapeño cheddar cream cheese is out of this world
Multi grain bagel is delicious and doesn’t leave you feeling guilty.
The coffee is great, they won’t tell me the beans the use.

Worst service I’ve ever had and it was on 1 — 2 minute phone conversation. I tried to place an order. I repeated my phone number twice to the person on the phone after him yelling at me even though he took it down wrong. Then I places an order for a sandwich and he said what else would you like. I asked him what the minimum order is and I realized I needed to order more so I took a few seconds and the. Started to order another sandwich for lunch and the guy yelled at me «what do you want?!» I ended canceling my order and ended the call.
