Downtown Dental Brooklyn

I recently moved to the area and just went to Dr. Saddia Mukhtazard for my 6 month cleaning and whitening. She is great. So kind and very gentle. Let’s be honest no one enjoys going to the dentist but with the Netflix there to distract you it’s easy as can be. I used to have slight panic attacks at the thought of dental work and now I’m not worried. Highly recommend.

I’ve been here twice and my husband has been once. All times were excellent experiences and on-​time.
The receptionist/​assistant is friendly and helpful. The offices are clean. The exam rooms have computer screens with loads of content, e.g. Aziz Ansari’s standup which I watched last time. Dr. Mukhtarzad is friendly and competent.

I had a wonderful experience getting a cleaning with Dr. Mukhtarzad! I was recommended the practice by a friend, and I am so glad that I went and look forward to going back for future cleanings. The office is beautiful, and the entire staff is extremely professional but also friendly and approachable. The weekend hours are KEY!!! Thank you and see you again soon!

Downtown Dental is by far the most comfortable and convenient dentist’s office I have ever been to! The moment you enter, you feel at home by just how courteous and welcoming the staff is. Dr. Saddia herself is warm, professional, and very easy going. Everything is state-​of-​the-​art and brand new, and you can’t help but feel that you’ve entered a brand new facility. Once you’re in the chair, any fears you may have had are lost in the comfort of your surroundings. And instead of having to think about your appointment or your teeth, you can watch netflix! I had my own personnel TV loaded up with Netflix to watch, while my cleaning was going on. I didn’t even feel like I left my apartment! Best part is, I went home and finished «In Beirut», a film I started when I was there. Great experience.

I’m so glad I found Downtown Dental. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a few years and scheduled a routine cleaning with Dr. Saddia. Much to my dismay, we found out I had 9 cavities! This would have been a terrifying prospect to anyone, but Dr. Saddia made the entire process extremely easy and comfortable. We scheduled two follow up appointments for the next week and got everything taken care of. She took time to answer any questions and made sure I was comfortable during the entire procedure. The office is state of the art, with digital x-​rays and even a netflix equipped TV you can watch during the appointment! The dental assistant/​receptionist is also wonderful, making scheduling easy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, especially those who may usually hate going to the dentist.

End-​to-​end, my experience was excellent. Scheduling my appointment was easy and all of my concerns were promptly addressed via phone and email. There was no waiting when I arrived and my cleaning was very pleasant. Dr. Saddia is knowledgeable, honest and most importantly, gentle! Having Netflix during the appointment was a definite perk too.

Wow! Best dental visit ever! I booked two back to back appointments here this Saturday afternoon for my wife and 7 year old. I was referred here by a coworker after discussing how hard it is for my son to sit in a dental chair for more than 15 minutes and not be scared. «Go to my dentist in downtown Brooklyn, my son just watched cartoons on Netflix while the dentist works on his teeth». WHAT? NETFLIX?! My son loves Netflix, that’s a great idea I thought maybe that’ll work! She gave me her dentists info and I made an appointment 3 weeks ago for today. It was great success! My son has ADD (not really just riled up and fidgety) and he did not move at all for 45 mins! He loved the chair and how it was raised high for him like a king! Dr. Saddia was super friendly and broke the ice right away, he could not stop talking to her! She was very thorough and welcoming. After that, she worked on my wife with an X-​ray and cleaning and let him continue watching his shows on Netflix in the dental chair! She was super friendly with all three of us and very funny not in a fake way but like a genuine friend you’ve always known. We felt very comfortable with her.
Her office is fairly new, so it’s super clean with state of the art equipment, very comfy large chairs, and large flat screen Vizio monitors. The Netflix is a plus, she gave my son a race car toy, and her work was outstanding. I will refer all my friends and family to her and booked an appointment myself with her in a few weeks. Switch over to her office and you will not be disappointed! P. S. Her staff and receptionist at the front desk were very cool and friendly as well.

The woman at the front desk is the sweetest most welcoming person, puts you at ease when you might be nervous for a dental procedure. Never any waiting for the appointment to start. Dr. Saddia is the nicest dentist I’ve ever met. I went in for a cleaning and she was very gentle and precise. She was helpful and very informative. I would recommend Dr. Saddia to anyone! She is lovely and so great at what she does.

It took me a while to research but finally came across Downtown Dental in Brooklyn. The place is immaculate. and of course, Dr M was great. It was my 5 yr old sons first time at the dentist and he was hysterical on the way in saying he didnt want to go and that he hated the dentist. Once we got there, the staff made him feel super comfortable. She was just going to count his teeth, she said. He was finally relaxed. After his checkup, he turns to me and says ” that was awesome!” he had a great time, not to mention he was watching his favorite movie on the big screen. Definately my family dentist from now on… Thank you!!!

Wow… I never thought I would review a dentist but what a fantastic experience from start to finish. Dr. Saddia and her team are warm, professional and helpful. The office is beautiful and inviting. And there is NETFLIX to watch during your cleaning. It makes me question why anyone would be scared to go to the dentist. I would recommend Downtown Dental Brooklyn to anyone and everyone looking for a better dentist experience.

I highly recommend Dr. Saddia and her team if you are looking for a dentist who is friendly, efficient, honest, and caring. Her office is conveniently located and is super clean and high-​tech. Dr Saddia gave me a very thorough cleaning and even made my teeth bleaching experience fun. She will definitely be my go-​to dentist for years to come!

I’ve completely switched to Dr. Saddia as my dentist. She and her staff are warm and helpful unlike other impersonal dental offices in the city that are just churning out patients. Added perk: you can watch Netflix while getting your teeth cleaned! I will be going back.

Dr. Saddia is great! Best cleaning and exam I’ve ever had. Painless, quick but thorough. Her staff is very professional and made me feel right at home upon arrival. The office and equipment are also state of the art. Dr. Saddia is up to date on the latest innovations and technologies and is able to offer very competitive services for both necessary and cosmetic dental procedures. I truly felt like I was in great hands! Love the TV and music in the exam chair — really takes your mind off your procedure. Dr. Mukhtarzad is an amazing dentist. She’s experienced, gentle, and gives you the best treatment you can get. The office is clean and offers the best technology. I really enjoy my visit especially she’s on-​time and never need to wait for hours like other dentists I’ve been to. The plus is the office is in a great location and easy to get to. I will be referring her to my friends and family.

Dr. Saddia has been my dentist for 7 years now and it has been a great experience. Her new office is super high-​tech and super clean. I was able to listen to songza and even get some netflix in while getting a check-​up. I would highly recommend her! Close to subways and located in a great area.

Dr. Saddia is awesome! I had a great experience visiting her new office. Watching netflix during my cleaning made the time fly by and i barely felt a thing as she was working on my teeth. It was my first visit and i will definitely be switching dentists to go to Dr. Saddia regularly from now on
