Worst customer service ever. This same guy always gets annoyed when I come in with the new DD perks card because he doesn’t know how to explain how it works and each time it was confusing which discount I have on it. I tried to use it there this week after registering with him. For some reason my card didn’t work so I told him to cancel the transaction. He hates cancelling transactions! He actually got mad at me for cancelling and he still didn’t explain why my DD card didn’t work. In the end I cancelled so I can pay with a different method of payment… why would that piss him off? I didn’t have an issue with him but he got nasty. I was just confused about what happened. Then I come back to use it after understanding myself why it didn’t work. He asked me if I was sure I wanted to order coffee because he doesn’t want to have to cancel a transaction again. He basically made me promise and didn’t move until I agreed. Wtf! What does he care anyway. He always makes me feel ashamed for asking for coffee and gets annoyed at me in front of everyone and I feel too embarrassed to even go back which is a shame because this is the only DD near me! I paid this time with both my card and the print out discount. He saw both of them in my hand and I simply passed him the card before the discount. He got annoyed and said I have to pay full price because I didn’t give him the discount first. He refused to start the transaction over. I just stood confused on why he was asking for the full price and not willing to let me use my discount. Excuse me for being broke at the moment as a student. He then changed his mind and let me use it as I didn’t even get what happened until I walked out. Why would he be annoyed? He also saw I was holding the discount so if he needed it first he could of asked for it. And why should it be so crazy to start the transaction over if he was be one who put it in wrong. I can’t go back now.

Your average DD… but, with parking! Food is decent. This location in particular makes bad milkshakes. Ice cream, milk, and blend. How can you screw that up? ? Bottom line: Parking! Small lot, about 8 cars, but I’ll take that in Brooklyn any day.

Kosher DDs should be banned. Who the hell wants breakfast with no bacon. I came here on a quest trying to get the free travel mug because I have a coupon but something as simple as that couldn’t happen. The guy scans my coupon, then calls his supervisor over. The supervisor comes over, looks at it, mumbles something in a different language, the only word I made out was«photocopy». Which it isn’t, my printer is low on ink, so it is what it is. He enters the numbers, then proceeds to tell me the register is offline so he cannot accept the coupon & to come back. If the register is offline how can you credit card transactions? Wasted my time, now I remember why I stopped coming to this DD besides it being kosher. The customer service here sucks!

A lot of poor to mediocre reviews and unfortunately, I can only add to these testaments. I’ve been here a few times before. You should be able to get a good donut during peak times, but otherwise, you’re better off going to a neighboring Dunkin Donuts. I gave them THREE tries on three separate visits to make a decent smoothie or shake, and they’ve failed miserably every time. Mango smoothie: horrible. Ice cream float: horrible. Vanilla shake, the simplest shake you can possibly make: horrible, it was so watery and was basically sweet milk. It’s also not the most customer service friendly, but I don’t want to give everybody a bad rap because there’s a couple good servers. The DD on Nostrand and Avenue I is a better alternative.

I once had to repeat my order 10 times because the person behind the counter was not paying attention. Large coffee doesn’t remotely sound like small coffee!!!

Not worth it. Not even if you are a caffeine addict who is subject to random fits for iced coffee and donuts like I am. I live across the street and don’t go there at all anymore. Poor communication skills, constantly messing up my order(and then giving u the side eye when u point it out) and donuts seem stale after 12 noon. Might be me…

Not the best DD, but not the worst either. It hasn’t been all that well maintained(it’s not ALL that old), so it’s starting to look bedraggled. The«food» and coffee is standard and I can honestly say I have not detected any nasty attitude from the staff.

Ok I have purchased coffee here a few times and I have to say it is absolutely terrible;if you like flavored water by all means waste your money. I complained to one of the employees and I got a blank stare but it’s early morning and I’m not in bitch mode yet. The bagels or the circular bread they pass off as bagels are fresh as are the donuts so at least that’s a plus.

So, I walk into dunkin donuts… happy as ever because hey, who can be mad on the way to get donuts? I get in, I place my order. I got *blank stare* and«Welcome to Dunkin Donuts how can I help» in a very thick Indian accent, thank goodness I was able to understand. I repeated my order. *blank stare* I repeated my order slower. She got rude. Repeated my order and looked like she was going to give me a side of ass whooping. I got my order and I asked for a napkins. BIGGESTMISTAKEEVAR. I didn’t even wait for them, I just walked out. I hope their customer service skills and their communications skills get better. I will never go to this location, ever again. Get it together guys.
