Dunkin’ Donuts

This is a duplicate review but this location was apart of the problem.
I arrived at the Dunkin Donuts store number 306 813 (1575 Flatbush Ave, Brooklyn NY) at approximately 10:18pm as indicated on the receipt. The door was locked, but after checking the business hours posted on the door, Saturday hours of operation stated 5am to 11pm. Why was the door locked, 42 minutes before scheduled. After pulling on the door repeatedly, a worker comes to the walk-​up window with a mouth full of donut stating, «WE’RE CLOSED!!! We’re no longer 24 hours!» After pointing out to the young worker that their hours of operation doesn’t claim 24 hour service he opens the window to take my order. It is currently below 20 degrees Fahrenheit in NYC and I, a paying customer was subjected to standing in the bitter cold, ordering through a walk-​up window. The cashier’s name indicated on the reciept is, Ismael B. He was working on register two. My eat in order number indicated on the receipt is 485. I am HIGHLY UPSET AND WILL NOT BE VISITING THIS LOCATION AGAIN. I will faithfully take my money elsewhere.

Guys that work here are the best very friendly, helpful and always greeting you with a smile I’m in here almost everyday when I’m working everything is always fresh and delicious.

I usually come here to get a fresh cup of coffee. I like how they have a kosher menu. I am not jewish but Muslim, cannot eat meat and it’s nice that they do not handle meat. This way I do not have suspicious when I get food from here.
Also the drinks are very good, fresh, and customer service is on point. My relatives and I come here all the time.

Inconsistent. Small iced coffee is either good or too sweet. Sometimes more milk than coffee. If I wanted to drink milk or sugar I would have said so. Sandwiches are sometimes burnt and there was not even a line when I ordered.

The coffee is always perfect you always get exactly what you ask for and the staff is very kind and pleasant. Its always clean inside and the food and bakery items (donuts/​bagels) are always fresh

Line takes a while but good coffee and friendly staff. I’m here almost every day. Make sure to check your Dunkin app for extra perks!

Always order small ice coffee very light with skim milk and 3 sweet and lows. Any dunkin donuts I go to manage to get it pretty much. This place never get it close to right and give me attitude when I ask them to fix it. When I went in today, it must have been a new person working. He remade the drink 3 times before even handing it to me. And still he got it wrong. It tasted like cream! I will not be going in there again!

I had an iced coffee with a croissant with cheese. They both tasted well. The guy asked what I want in my coffee and he delivered. The only thing is you have to tell them a little bit of ice. I usually didn’t have to but then again I usually get the medium. They put way to much for a small size ice coffee. Other than that no complaints; decent service.
