I’ve been taking my children to this doctor for three years, Dr Neilpovich is a good doctor although sometimes she’s in a rush, however Dr Spivak is a horrible doctor she lacks compassion and understanding and she has horrible communication skills, she is very mean to the parents and often talks down to us my last straw was when she told my 6 year old that «her parents doesn’t take care of her» coming from a 6 year old this is very hurtful… I didn’t even get a simple apology the only suggestions was to find a new pediatrician.

Love this office!!! Dr. Spivak is amazing!!! She has helped me with the first baby and has guided me through all little things.

I have been going to this doctor with my three children for years, and has never had any problems! Always kind, attentive, caring. The staff is nice and helpful. Never waited more than 15 minutes! They draw blood and do nebulizer treatments on site. Office is clean, child friendly, and private (you don’t sit in the waiting area with the newborn, you get Into the room ASAP). The doctors never turned us down in emergency situation — and emergent phone calls the doctors answer themselves.

This is the worst office ever! Horrible receptionists and doctors! Dr. Nelipovich is a terrible listener! If you come to her with an issue and try to explain, without listening to you she rushes to give you advice on something completely different! She has the worst accent too that you will barely understand her! And she’s soooo loud! Annoyingly loud!
They’re so old school too! They have one super old lap top that they use to save info. Office appliances are very old!
Don’t waste your time and money going there! Horrible doctors, receptionist and the entire office! Would not recommend to anyone!

Dr. Svetlana Spivak and Dr. Irina Nelipovich are excellent pediatricians! I have recommended many friends to them, who have thanked me for it. Both doctors have incredible experience and even a few multiple generation patients!
