They USUALLY get my order right, which is a miracle because the service is terrible and the workers are incompetent. They are not friendly by any means and they are assumptive and rude. They also take shockingly long to do basic tasks. Any other Dunkin takes seconds to put together an iced coffee. I usually have to wait minutes for mine, even when there are few customers and lots of workers. The slow service discourages me as a customer. They never cut the bagels in half, which most other DD locations do without being asked, and often forget key ingredients for sandwiches. I don’t get it. I will try to avoid this location as much as possible

For the most part, they always get my order right. And by order, I mean my iced coffee. I always get a large iced coffee either with milk and sugar or with mocha and milk. My pet peeve is when the sugar granules are still present at the bottom of the cup, especially when I remind them to mix it in. Sometimes, this happens here but rarely. I would say once out of every ten times I come here, they don’t mix the sugar into the coffee. When I ask for mocha, for some reason, it insinuates to them that I’m asking for sugar as well. This makes the drink cloyingly sweet and I can’t drink it until the ice melts so the drink is watered down.
Also, this location runs out of munchkins rather quickly. It seems like no matter what time I go, there are never any glazed or chocolate glazed munchkins left, only jelly. Otherwise, I have no complaints.
The donuts taste fresh and satisfy my fried dough cravings!

The coffee here isn’t the best one I’ve ever tried but it’s pretty high on my list. The flavor isn’t super strong, which I like, because it can be a bit too bitter since I don’t add sugar to my coffee. However I asked for almond milk instead for some extra flavor. Thank god for almond milk. If ure lactose intolerant, u have to try this. Overall the coffee is pretty good and $ 3.00 for a medium sized iced coffee is not bad at all. Also, the store is pretty empty on a Saturday which is great because I don’t like waiting on line.

Should get 0 stars. Machine for app/​gift card doesn’t work. District mgr said sorry I am a loyal longtime customer. No customer satisfaction guarantee here.

I got to say this is one of the more lively clean dunkin donuts out there. I don’t expect much from a dunkin donuts however you get four stars even tough you put sugar in my coffee when I said no sugar. The coffee always tastes fresh and the people are nice.

Ok. Walked into the shop this morning. I was greeted with a cheerful «good morning». I looked up at the menu board and asked for a #5. A #5 is a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel with coffee and hash browns. She then asked me if I’d like hash browns with that. I said it comes with it. She then tried to tell me it does not and the menu is wrong.
I just wonder how many Brooklynites have been robbed by this bait and switch scam? Stay away. Gotta watch these people.

This dunkin donuts is pretty average. They usually get the order correct. I highly recommend getting the chocolate chip muffins since they are very moist and are loaded with chocolate chips. The coffee is okay– sometimes it is a little strong but it is not as strong as other locations have been. The prices are the same as the other dunkin donuts. They also do not have a wide selection of donuts. I recommend this dunkin donuts more than some other locations.
