I don’t usually go to this Dunkin’ Donuts, but today, I stopped in to get iced coffee before meeting a family member. Ordered 2 iced coffees with milk and sugar, and what I got was iced coffee that was extremely syrupy and sugary, it must’ve contained at least 4 packets of sugar and/or syrup, it was so sweet. The vibe is dead in here, and it doesn’t seem to be that clean.

This review is for the Dukin donut/basket Robin on 72nd street and 18 avenue since I don’t see them listed on Unilocal.I always go to this one because they alway get my order right and fast until today of all freakin days. Cashier didn’t know what he was doing. I ask for the number 8 on the menu, five minute later he tells me they don’t have it. I was like listen I alway get that here, he goes would you like something else. So I said NO just charge me for the ice latte. Then guess what he finally found it on the cash register. Seriously train your employees. I waited twenty minutes for two items, what the hell. I think they need to switch all these Indian/Muslim/non speaking English people and give the job to people that knows customer service. A while back I was ordering from the same place, this freakin Indian guy working behind the register was giving me an attitude. Like I’m ordering the wrong thing, dude learn to speak English correctly or go back to where ever you came from.

Small place. The girl who works here evenings is amazingly polite and friendly.

Rude cashier, she know nothing about customer service. But one star is giving to the manager who can patiently solve the problem leading by the s*ck cashier girl.

Rude attitude from the cashier. If you’re coming here for coffee to help with your day, the cashier will be sure to bring your mood down. Lots of flies here too. They need to put some tape or take some sort of measures to get rid of them. Can’t even enjoy my coffee without bugs flying around me.

I really like this place. Most of the times, the employees are very polite. The store is clean all the time. I usually buy breakfast before going to work. Love their light& sweet hot coffees

Disrespectfully-rude cashier/worker attempt to give me less change than he was supposed to give and denied the fact that he did this. Fortunately, I double checked before leaving. But two stars for the colorful sprinkled-stars strawberry donut which I haven’t had for a while.

One of the more well managed dunkin donuts in this part of brooklyn. My only key issue us that they lack a high variety of donuts. Although the staff is pretty friendly and they stay up pretty late.

I normally don’t write reviews for chain restaurants but my less than stellar experiences here have to be heard! I used to work at the CVS right across from this Dunkin Donuts so I would often stop by for lunch or to grab a coffee. Bad idea. I always order the same iced coffee here but it tastes different every time! Some days its alright but most days its just bad. The sugar tastes disgusting and there is definitely something off with the coffee. One time, I had a coupon for an iced tea and decided to use it. They told me that they only had green tea left so I got the peach green tea iced tea. Bad idea. It tasted disgusting! I did not taste any peach or green tea but instead, tasted something like cornmeal wtf? The service and the décor only make this Dunkin Donuts that much worse. Every time I go in, the servers are always talking amongst themselves and pay little attention to the customers. They also always open the door in the back and wheel out some machine thing and make a big ruckus out of it. However, what really turns me off the most is how disgusting and dirty this place is. Every time I sit at one of the tables, there’s always some weird bug flying around me and I have to wave it away like a crazy person. One time, a lady sitting next to me noticed a beetle on the wall and had to use her shoe to kill it *shivers*. As can also be concluded, the tops of the tables are dirty as well and I don’t think anyone cleans them. The coffee is bad. The service is bad. The place is dirty. I DONOT recommend this store at all! There are many other Dunkin Donuts stores in this area so go to those instead! I’ve been to others in this area and they’ve never disappointed me with their coffee. Don’t go to this one just for the convenience!

Dunkin’ Donuts is a huge chain, and the coffee/donuts everything is so so. The only difference ever is the service. This Dunkin’ is near my house, and every time I’ve been inside, they’ve been quick and efficient. When I came in one time to randomly ask for a plastic bag(it was for my library books), they didn’t give me any attitude and just asked me if the bag they had was big enough. To me, those little things count. :-)

I work right down the block from this DD so I often stop by in the morning for breakfast. I only ever get the egg white veggie flat bread because it’s probably the only healthy option on the menu and I’ve never had to wait longer than 3 – 5 minutes after my order has been placed. I am a strong supporter of DD coffee and prefer it to Starbucks or any other coffee. No complaints with this location and the staff is friendly. Not over-the-top but I’ve never had any problems there.

This dunkin donuts location has average coffee but awful service. They take care of many people at one time and therefore are very slow. The girl behind the counter told us that we gave her the wrong amount of change but it was right. I recommend other dunkin donuts locations in the area.

Really bad peach iced tea, but I think that’s the Dunkin’Donut chain inventory and not this location itself. They are effective and gets the job right. I just order and leave once I get my food/drink. I just come here when I want a quick snack and drink while I’m waiting for the b1. There are a few tables and chairs towards the back of the place, but it is always full when I visit.

This place is just ok… I go here from time to time b/c it is convenient, tight around the corner from 18th Avenue Train Station on the D line. Few months ago I ordered a plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese and the girl behind the register gave me plain cream cheese. So when I told her my order is wrong she rolled her eyes, let out a deep breath, and started to add strawberry jam to it. By then I’d already lost my appetite and told her that’s not strawberry cream cheese and asked someone else to make it for me. The guy, I’m assuming he is a manager, apologized, yelled at her in their language and made it for me the correct way. I haven’t seen her there anymore, but then again, I don’t stop by more than once a month and I don’t really remember what her face looked like… Other than this one incident, they are ok… Sometimes the staff is friendly and my order is perfect. Sometimes the staff is mundane and my order is ok.

I don’t understand how anyone thinks what Dunkin Donuts serves is good coffee. That being said, I only go here if I want something more than basic coffee but don’t want to trek to Starbucks. Maybe I’ve been spoiled by growing up with coffee snob parents, but that’s the truth as I see it. Anyway, almost every single time I go in there is more than one person working there, but only one serving — even with people waiting in line. I think they could improve a lot in that area, it kind of turns me off knowing that I’m probably going to have to wait longer than I would for a latte, to get a barely drinkable cup of coffee.

They have recently renovated this location but our coffee and sandwiches still taste the same… in a good way! Love their new interior look but i was more concerned that my caramel latte would taste different now. Of course not! It is the employees n the managers who makes my coffee and they always make it perfect! eventho there is a new dunkin two blocks away from me, my husbdand n i still go to this one because of the people behind the counter.

24 hour DD automatically deserves 3-stars. Cheery employees who greet you with a smile as they take and fulfill your order? Another star for that. Yeah!

The best part about this place is their location, just steps from the D train and 2 busses. The service is a bit slow and it’s REALLY bad in the morning and afternoon rush hours. In the middle of the day it’s fine and fast enough. They are open 24 hours but don’t let you in the store after 11pm, you have to go to the booth. They are clean and their products are mostly fresh
