This is the nearest DD to my location and while we have another one just a mere block more away, this is a larger space with more tables and hence the usual choice when I wish to sit down and enjoy one of their coffees, donuts or sandwiches. There is not much to say about the place other than its functional and usually clean for the most part which is always a pleasant find. The staff seems friendly enough and I have seen some people be on the mean side to them so I always try to approach with a smile. I am mostly here when I have accrued up some perks via my DD card and app use and enjoy using the means of technology for some tasty coffee and eats., I will say that DD sandwiches NEVER look like what you see on the menus and could probably be priced more accordingly based on what you are getting. Sometimes they are over greasy or unwieldy to hold while being consumed but this depends on the sandwich you are having. I noticed this in particular with anything croissant based or their larger sandwiches with lots of stuff on them. I guess you have to take the bad points along with the yummy ones from time to time. Though its not really the staffs fault, they do need to put some kind of time limit on the tables as there are times when its impossible to get a table and you find four or five people sitting at the larger tables and one person is drinking a coffee. Yes I realize that this is some peoples social setting so I guess I just have to deal with it. Despite that annoyance I still come here.

ok so I drop by in my car with my son that has to use the bathroom. I order my ice coffee, we go to the bathroom but its too nasty to use so we go back to the car. when I get back to my car I see a tow truck towing somebody that parked at the same time that I parked(2 minutes before) except the person did not go into the dunkin donuts, its was a couple that went a different direction. So my review is the bathroom is nasty so don’t bother. The coffee is great like all dunkin coffee and my son had a donut with peanut butter in it and it was great. WARNING: do not park your car there for any reason other than dunkin. Don’t go to dunkin and then somewhere else either. There are cameras there watching your every move and considering they towed that persons car in 2 minutes, don’t take the chance. coffee and go home.

I have a free DD medium iced coffee coupon. I used this coupon couple of times at other DD stores and they accept without any question but I was trying to use this coupon at this store, however they didn’t accept this coupon because it’s a screen shot. They were supposed to say sorry about that but they just said to me like bad manners. Who doesn’t want to use coupon if it’s free? I didn’t try because I didn’t have money to buy a medium iced coffee? I felt under the weather anyway.

Ran in here late in the evening. around 11:30pm to be exact lol. I normally love dunkin donuts and sweets always appeal to my eyes. But they had nothing fresh at all. I still purchased a few donuts and the over priced cronut and when I got home I had to reheat it to make it edible… Big mistake come here at night rather than the morning! But if their open so late they should be ready for customers w fresh products at all times

Service is just ok, they usually don’t pay attention when I ask for something different or to be changed. Things like extra/less sugar, milk, cream, etc always seem to be an issue. Sometimes the coffee at this location tastes bitter or burnt, maybe it’s old at night? I never have a problem at the location on 87 so I’m not sure why I do at this spot. I only come here when I’m at work and I’m in a rush on break. All in all, it’s fast food and coffee, so I can’t really ask for that much with such cheap prices.

Folks Ive been in this Dunkin Donuts in Bayridge Brooklyn many times while visiting family in the area. First, the place is usually jammed packed with customers waiting on line and the tables are generally taken. The crew there does a GREAT job for the heavy volume of coffee, donuts, etc that they sell. The donuts, coffee, everything is always VERYFRESH and very tasty like it was just baked or cooked. It can take 10 minutes in line to get your food, but then again the wait is well worth it for a nice donut/coffee break. Highly reccomend to everyone unless you want instant service with long lines that usually move very quick. Be patience. try their food and you will love the place.

Not the best Dunkin Donuts I’ve been to but it’s okay. Friendly staff and attentive. Ice cream’s good but didn’t really like their cakes.

Not the best D and D /Baskin Robbins I’ve been to. I think they messed up my order, but the staff super fast and friendly.

Seems to have become a homeless person hangout, or a place for the guy who buys a small cup of coffee and reads the newspaper for 3 hours. Always busy and sloppy during rush hours, they get your order wrong and you are punished for it with an attitude. Probably the slowest line of any DD i’ve been to. You would think the company would put their«A» workers in a prime location, but it’s the opposite.

This place is always busy and there is a reason for it. It’s in a great spot… Convenience gives way to frustration sometimes, but it’s hard to avoid this perfectly placed DD

This place can never seem to get their act together, and it is soooooo frustrating that it seems like every time I decide I want to get my coffee on the front end of my commute, that there are 10 people in line. I always start the wait, and then bail on the line because it moves sooooooo slow. These people need to add more registers, or speed things up somehow. Jimmy runs on Dunkin, and he can’t run, if he never makes it to the front of the line.

Screw this spot. I hate DD for this spot only! Everytime I get suckered to go in here I am clawing my way to get out. First off the line is all sorts of fucked up between baskin robbins and DD. There is no flow whatsoever. I will have a DD guy ask us if we are being helped and vice versa. It just irritates me to no end. Why not have(wait for it, wait for it) 2 lines for each entity.

This is a pretty good dunkin donuts. There’s a big parking lot, and there are plenty of seats if you want to sit down and drink your coffee. The line can be long but it moves pretty quickly. This location also has a baskin robbins.
