Very happy with this car service– got a 5 seater and driver was prompt and extremely courteous. Price was very reasonable. Other reviews seem to have unreasonable expectations for a limo service.

I had a reservation for this morning 11−12−13 at 9:30 AM going from Greenpoint, Brooklyn to LaGuardia. Jerry, my driver was right on time. Very polite and helpful with my bags. The trip was smooth and Jerry used the shortest possible route getting me to LaGuardia with time to spare.
With so many bad car services out there it’s always nice to find great service at a very fair price. I would recommend Eckford to anyone needing a clean and reliable ride. If you can get Jerry as your driver — Do It!

Great company but most importantly amazing service! Starting from the dispatcher, to the drivers and prices, would definitely recommend them! Very friendly, convenient and fast safe service! I will most certainly be calling them again!!!

Very disappointed. Unexperienced driver where I felt unsafe. Luckily there was no traffic to the airport because he was late. No credit card system in the vehicle which is considered a staple in NYC. I was given the driver’s Bluetooth (so gross) to run the card which was a long process that didn’t even work.
All that being said I’m appreciative of the fact that he was willing to take my name and number to pay later because I was going to miss my flight.
